Raymour & Flanigan - Lancaster Omdömen 

Our consultan, Christina, listened to and answered all our questions. We both were comfortable both how the furniture set felt seating-wise and with the no-pressure experience.

i filed a claim to order replacement handles for dresser 6 months ago. Took 3 months to get email acknowledging request. Sent photos, no response and it’s still pending. Called store last week theu advised will check- still no answer.

I ordered a piece of furniture on line and was quite impressed with how well the ordering procedure was structured which made it easy to order my purchase.

The short version- things took longer than quoted, my ottoman broke in less than a month due to faulty parts, communication has been mediocre and slow at best and it looks like it’ll be an indefinite amount of time to get a new ottoman since supposedly mine can’t be fixed

Our experience with Raymour and Flanigan was less than spectacular through a series of events in their control and outside of their control. My husband and I ordered a crib and a dresser on 10/11. They indicated they had just gotten a new computer system and were working out some kinks. We scheduled delivery for 10/19. We received the text with the times they were to deliver the furniture and they never showed up. After contacting the store, they indicated it was an issue with the new system and we rescheduled delivery for 10/26. On 10/26, the delivery showed up, but only had the dresser and indicated that they did not have the crib to deliver. After us contacting the store again, we rescheduled the crib to be delivered on 11/2. When they showed up to deliver the crib on 11/2, they set it up… and it had a crack in the wood! We had to again contact the store and had to reschedule a fourth attempt to get the crib fixed. They were supposed to come on 11/9 to fix the crib. On 11/8, we received a phone call saying the crib was now “out of stock” and they were not sure when they would get the piece to be able to fix the crib. After a back and forth with the store, they indicated they would deliver the new piece and repair the crib on 11/23. When the truck arrived on 11/23, they brought the incorrect piece for the crib, so yet again, we had to contact the store about the mistake. We finally were able to get confirmation that they would replace the entire crib on 11/30. On 11/30, we finally were able to get our crib delivered correctly. Throughout the process, we were refunded the delivery fee, and compensated $100 for our troubles. They also indicated that they would compensate us another time; however that was several weeks ago and we have not seen that money returned to our bank account. It took approx. six different attempts to be able to get our furniture delivered correctly (taking up six different days we had to be home for delivery) with communication and follow through from Raymour and Flanigan being less than ideal.

Our sales associate was very helpful and took time with us as we changed our mind so many times.

Our salesman Brad was extremely helpful with deciding on our furniture purchase. He was assisting with measurements and how the chairs would sit on two different surfaces in our house. Excellent experience.

We had a great shopping experience at the Lancaster, park city location. We had to return a mattress that was to soft for us and Kerry made the switch very easy. He went out of his way to make sure we were fully satisfied with our new selection. Christina our sales agent also was extremely pleasant and helpful and patient in helping us find some chairs we wanted to purchase ( which took some time). They both made our experience fun, pleasant and enjoyable.

We were welcomed to the store promptly. Emily was efficient, knowledgeable, ans very friendly.

Welcomed by sales representative right away. Showed me different styles of sofa beds available so I was able to make an informed decision.

I never placed an order for furniture. Please cancel any orders that were made

I had a very nice and polite sales person who answered my questions, repeatedly showed me how the click-clack love seat/sofa bed worked and not pushy. Enjoyable experience.

Carl was amazing. He approached us as soon as we walked in, gave us space to look around the store on our own but made sure he checked on us every so often to answer questions we had, without making us feel like he was hovering. He was very knowledgeable on the products and made our entire purchasing experience very fun and pleasant.

Our first time shopping at Raymour & Flanigan and it was a great experience! We were taken care of by Carl Burch who was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Carl worked with us in selecting our new furniture and gave us an amazing deal. We can’t thank Carl enough!!!!

Sales rep was readily available and knew the products we were interested in.

Brad did a great job on showing us bedroom furniture. And on choosing a new mattress. Only down side was the lack of lighting in the area where the beds were. I could understand it not working, but when we came back a week later to finalize it still wasn’t working.
