Raymour & Flanigan - Brookfield Omdömen 

I would really give this 3 Stars, but our salesperson, Phil, made our experience a really great one with his kind and non-pressure-like approach with us. It was upsetting to find out that he was "transferred" to another store suddenly, as he asked us to come back and see him the next day as we need 2 mattresses and he was going to help us with our needs. Also, when our dining room table came in, Raymour was supposed to call us to let us know it was in to pick up. 3 days after we were to be called, we had to call the store just to find out it has been sitting waiting for us. Great experience with Phil and just terrible customer service after the sale.

I am so happy with how I was treated after I was disappointed with a purchase. You and your team went over and above to accommodate me. So grateful, customer service inside and outside the store

Our Sales person was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable which I appreciate. I hate going to places and they don’t even know what I am talking about. I came in to the store knowing exactly what I wanted and he guided me through the buying process and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to them.

Andrea went absolutely above and beyond. My daughter and I am quite indecisive about long term obligations and she went up and down the escalators with us as we kept comparing products. Took is 2 hours but we finally settled on the furniture and the swatches that we were very excited about.

We were looking for a leather recliner and prepared to visit a few different stores to locate the right fit for us. We started at Raymour & Flanagan and worked with Ralph Serpico (we had the pleasure of working with him before) and he was great. He listened to our needs and showed us many chairs accordingly and we found the perfect chair with his help. So we found our chair in one stop instead of running around to many different stores.
Great experience and Mr. Serpico was a tremendous help.

The 3 delivery guys (I told them I would forget their names and I did!) were wonderful. They were on time, very polite, professional, and careful with the furniture. They were a pleasure to deal with! The salesman in the store was also a pleasure to deal with. 5 out of 5 stars for everyone!

My experience was excellent. Your sales rep. Danny Cabanillas, made my day. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was in to get a new mattress and box spring. He asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to take me where I could test out mattresses. He helped me find the best one for my needs and took me through the steps of setting up payment and delivery. While I waited for the paper work he gave me a cold water to drink. As a result of his customer care will definitely be coming back to your store for any of my furniture needs. Thank you.

Poor quality bed, little dissatisfied

I had chosen a bed frame online and wanted to see it in person before I bought it. Nicholas Marino stepped forward to help. He was courteous, personable and respectful of my criteria. He helped me choose a mattress as well, and the transaction was completed in a reasonable time. A very relaxed shopping experience.

I wanted a living room set that was cozy and rustic. Anna Marie Yandrasevich was our design consultant. She showed us various tables, couches, end tables and lamps, plus a bookcase that fit exactly the look and design I was looking for. She was upbeat and friendly and took us all around the store to help me achieve what I wanted and helped me pick out items according to the colors and designs that would pull together the living room I wanted and desired according to my taste. I would go back to Raymour & Flanigan and ask for her every time Five stars for the store and five stars to Anna Marie Yandrasevich! We just loved her !
