Great
My wife and I were surprised on the set up of the store, the word outlet, we expected something else. The store was beautiful. Our salesperson was Alex, he wasn’t pushy, very knowledgeable, and polite. The woman at the sales desk was very polite and friendly. Overall a great experience, I would recommend you to anyone.

I regret going there
I regret going there, material super cheap , I purchased a couch on May 2022 and it is now December 2023 and the couch looks like is 15 years old. Remind you there’s barely any used to the couch bc my family rather sit in my family room and not in the living room. I called the store, I was told there’s nothing they can do to help me and also I purchased the couch at their outlet and the outlet products are compare to Bob furniture , what a joke! I will never buy anything again from this place.

Ordered wrong size mattress
Ordered wrong size mattress, didn't notice until delivery day. I called right away. Got a guy that said he would take it off the truck and call customer service at opening. I did text chat and they were awesome.fix mattress size and rescheduled delivery. Very quick. Very pleased. Thank you
