I purchased a Mattress and adjustable…
I purchased a Mattress and adjustable base, With a delivery date of 12/22/24. My items was not delivered as promised. Was told it will be delivered on 12/23/24. Both times I received a text stating that a time frame for delivery will be sent shortly, never received a time frame which means the items was not put on the truck to be delivered to me. I'm Very disappointed with my experience with the delivery of my new bed. And may not purchase anything else with my credit card I have with Reymour and Flanigan. I was told it will be delivered tomorrow, and I will receive an 100.00 dollar gift card we will see.

One of our couches delivered was warped…
One of our couches delivered was warped . Foot mechanism didn’t work. Nathan emailed all stores to see if there was another one available so we wouldn’t have to wait till November 29 when couches would be in stock again.

Horrible delivery service, avoid…
Well I enjoyed my experience with my salesperson. The delivery took place earlier this week in one item. Had some imperfections. I pointed them out to the delivery crew and explained that I was told by the sales people not to accept anything that wasn't perfect as they wouldn't take it back later. I expressed that the peace had some indentations and would like it to be returned. The delivery crew then proceeded to say well. Why don't we just have somebody come out and fix it. I said because I was told not to take anything that wasn't perfect because only at time of delivery would they accept it back. Therefore, I like to have it removed. The person in charge continued to try to pressure me just to accept it. When I said no they became very angry and stormed off with the product.
They had to return later with a different item that somehow didn't make it on the original truck. The r&f tracking device shows you when the crew is close. My time changed throughout the entire day. It was supposed to arrive at 11:30, then around 12:00, then it indicated soon, then it indicated around 2:45, that it indicated around 3:30, that it indicated soon, then it indicated around 5:00, then it indicated around 5:45, they ended up at my place around 6:15 or 6:30 p.m.. it was the exact same crew that left in a half in the morning.That left in a half in the morning.
While they were at my place, a person from rnf called to see how my delivery went. I was very specific about my experience and how disappointed I was. I also expressed that I thought was outrageous that I was paying for delivery. That first had a a defected item and then for a second item that took all day despite their tracker showing all different times. It was beyond inconvenient. It felt personal.
It took several days for them to be able to bring a replacement piece. However, I would swear hand to God that it was the exact same one they had delivered before due to where the divots were. I am so frustrated with this company that they treat customers so poorly that all they care about is the money. There are so many other furniture companies out there. Please don't waste your time with r&f!

I was told the delivery people could…
I was told the delivery people could move the old loveseat to my parents garage. When they got there they refused and said your store always does this, tells customers they can move the old stuff but they won’t. I knew they could not remove the old piece -take it away , but I asked if they could move it out of the way in the garage which is onlyn29 ft and 2 steps down. If I knew that the answer would be no then we could have done it before they got there. Instead it was confusing and upsetting to my parents who are 85 and have health issues. TERRIBLE MISCOMMUNICATION
