Professional & courteous
Our sales rep. name was Tom, very professional and courteous. He gave us information and then would give us space to look and talk about the items we were looking at. He then would come back and see how we were doing. I liked that because it gave us time to talk privately. He wasn't pushy or over bearing on pushing for a sale. It was a good experience and we would go back there when we are in need of more furniture.

Our visit to Raymour and Flanigan outlet store was marked by an astoundingly good experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and full of sound advice.
