The manager David was great we spent over two hrs he was always there answering all are questions it was good we learned a lot

My king bed was delivered and had problems. The service has been delayed and no one has been able to help me since then. I always shop with Raymour, but this has been my worst experience unfortunately. No one has been following up with me.

The salesperson ( Mel ) was very helpful and patient, showing me many different mattresses until I made my decision.

We were greeted by a store employee shortly after we walked in. He introduced himself and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. He took us to the area of furniture we were looking for. He then told us to let him know if we needed anything and left us alone to browse, which we really appreciated. When we had questions, he was right there to answer them. He made our experience excellent and we will certainly come back the next time we need furniture.

From the order to the pickup everything was smooth, and the woman at the pickup was very helpful and kind.

i bought a $1600 recliner with motorized legs and lumbar for medical reasons. the motored failed twice and i’ve been waiting 3.5 months for a replacement motor. management at the albany ny store are no help and i will never anything from raymour again after many years of purchases by me and my family

I've been waiting on my furniture to be repaired since January and I keep being told first in May will be fixed then June and now August

Tim asked what I was looking for when I came in, showed me where they were and let me look around by myself. No pressure at all. Great personality! He followed up afterwards answering any questions. Very knowledgeable! Good sense of humor and I get my delivery on Tuesday!! Can’t wait for my new bedroom furniture to arrive.

I ordered online. But nothing I received had my order number on it. I found this odd.
