Made a call to update my Registration Number. Jags found my policy straight away and updated my policy there and then. Literally took a minute or two. Jags was friendly and professional.

Chloe, who I spoke with was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. She was able to help with my query straightaway and explain processes for my query in a way that I could easily understand

So far, so good! RAMP have been very prompt and helpful in responding to my claims -- one for scuffed alloys and one for a scratched wing mirror -- and I am awaiting confirmation of dates when the work can be carried out. The wing mirror repair can apparently be done at my home; understandable I need to take the car to a dealer for the repairs to the alloys.

My VW dealership informed the repairer the same day I gave them my problem. The repairer contacted me later the same day and I completed their form to progress a technician to undertake the repair.

Communication great and speedy service with replies . Emily is a good ambassador for the company ! I haven’t completed the process which I made contact with them about, so hopefully all
goes well !

Paid £450 for an wheel and alloy plan. The car I bought it for had to go as wasn't right. Only had the policy 7 weeks, so rang up and asked for any possibility of it being moved to another car. I said I could take the new car to one of their garages to check the wheels to make sure they were OK first. Just got standard replies on the phone and on emails saying that sorry we cant do anything as its against my terms and conditions. Not helpful at all and lost a lot of money on this policy. Asjed for a goodwill gesture and told no, said i would pay any admin fees told no, askes if anything at all coild be done, just a big fat no. Surely in this day and age someone could change a policy over but no, just seem like another money grabbing insurance firm who wont help with a genuine issue.

I was so pleased with the quick speed and efficiency of dealing with the request, the customer service agent moved quickly to get me in touch with the repairer.

Always find them to be very helpful and efficient

I made my first tyre replacement claim today. I have been to an approved garage but the staff wasn’t quite sure. I then called the service hot line since I’m not familiar with the procedure. Luckily, staff are helpful and they guided me through it. I’m able to replace a damaged tyre in the end.

However, all the procedures have to be done by e-mail. Therefore you’ll have to expect delays between replies and allow times for the pictures/documents to send through. It took me 2 hours to complete the whole thing.
