The price is amazing for the quality of…

The price is amazing for the quality of the products. I was looking for a new sofa for a couple of years and then the holy grail ended. I will not buy from anyone else now and the customer service is beyond superb. Don’t hesitate.. go have a look and be captured by quality/ price and customer service

We love our new Raft sofas!

We recently bought 2 large sofas and an armchair from Raft St Albans. The store is absolutely beautiful to browse all the gorgeous furniture and accessories. I could have spent a fortune in there!
Tony and his team at the store are incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. They are also really lovely people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble.
Delivery was excellent too, all unpacked in the room. And we absolutely love our new Henley sofas! Such quality.
I would recommend Raft with absolutely no hesitation!

I wanted to say what an excellent…

I wanted to say what an excellent service Raft provides. From one phone call 24 hours ago I have ordered new sofa inserts for my big leather sofa. This order is totally down to Josh at the Cricklewood Raft store. He is so efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful and he couldn’t do more to measure up and put this order through. A huge shout out to Josh who secured an order within minutes of speaking to him. Nina

We had a lovely experience with Raft…

We had a lovely experience with Raft and the Westfield shop, Bilguun was very helpful and very nice!!! He spent a lot of time helping us and giving us advice, thank you so much. We love our new sofa, the quality is amazing. I totally recommend !!!

I had a great experience with Abasin

I had a great experience with Abasin. He was extremely helpful with my pillows and took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly. Throughout the whole process, he was friendly, professional, and very approachable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made a real difference. Thank you, Abasin, for all your help—I truly appreciate it and would highly recommend him!

Westfield store purchase

We went to the Westfield store and purchased a dining chair with seat pad. The service to us by Fabiane was excellent from start to finish.
My only gripe is that It did take slightly longer to be delivered to us then we expected, but the quality of the product is superb so it was worth the wait.

Excellent service from Raft from…

Excellent service from Raft from beginning to end. Elena, in the showroom, was very helpful, patient and gave good advice. The delivery service was great with polite and careful guys. The sofas and armchair are beautiful and really well made - top quality. Definitely would recommend Raft.

Furniture exactly what I wanted. Small issue with assembly on delivery but it was rectified professionally and quickly, then the item redelivered the following week. Recommend. Friendly service.
