Hazel at Radioddity was a great help to me in getting the HF-010 antenna I ordered shipped to me in Canada. She replied to my emails promptly and was very professional and courteous and the whole experience prompted me to also order an X6100 transceiver bundle and a Beofeng UV-7b handheld and I will be making further purchases in the future.

I have been using the Radioddity GD-88 since early 2026, and I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the company’s professional support.

In Japan, registering a radio requires very strict technical documentation for official licensing. Thanks to the prompt and detailed technical assistance from Hazel at Radioddity Support, I was able to successfully obtain my radio station license from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Now, I am considering purchasing the DB40-D because of this trust. Radioddity is a truly reliable partner for serious radio operators. Highly recommended!

Leaving this review after two excellent experiences with Radioddity, both times Hazel has been amazing. The first time I needed to make a change to my order, and I heard back from Hazel extremely quickly and got it sorted.

The second time I wanted to order an antenna that was in stock but getting the error they could not ship to my address. I raised a ticket, and again Hazel came back to me super quick and explained it was due to the warehouse that services my area is out of stock, and offered to let me know when it would be available.

I accepted the offer but kept my eye out on the website thinking I may not get updated (I can imagine that would be something that could be easily missed). However true to their word Hazel reached out to let me know it was now in stock.

I still had the same issue with the website saying it was not available, however Hazel got the issue sorted, presetting the address to allow the issue to be bypassed.

Great business and super fast and helpful support that seems harder and harder to come by these days.

Canny Made my experience great, I have a suggestion and that is the AI response was fine the first time, but it took 3 messages to get to Canny. I do not know how AI response alerts an actual Radioddity Customer Service Representative. I feel that could be better. Once Canny got in touch with me thing moved very fast. Again Thank you Canny!

Speedy and courteous communication. The replacement process for a faulty component was simple.

I had received a defective x6200 that wouldn't transmit. After they did some basic user error checks, they paid shipping to have me send it back and then they sent me a replacement unit with no trouble.

Had initial issues buying an antenna because "The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location." despite being able to order other antennas. Support staff sent me a link so I could order it and that worked. I just checked and I can still not order the antenna to be shipped to my address in BC Canada.

My X6100 started emitting loud static in SSB and CW modes. Radioddity support immediately gave me an RMA, and issued me a replacement radio quickly after receiving mine and verifying the issue. Excellent experience overall.

I purchased from them a kind of a small radio which, as I discovered upon arrival, it had not most of the features advertised by its manufacturer. As a result I contacted the seller asking to return the item, according to the relevant provisions in the EU market. They didn’t deny that but instead of giving me guidance and an address for sending the item back, they started to ask me with several emails, the email address of the order, the number of order etc. Although I gave them everything, they didn’t, as of the time being, send me any information about returning the item. I sent them 3 successive emails asking about an address. Nothing. This is not a behaviour of a serious seller. All of these should, in the first place, be available without any question by the customer. And if they exist and the customer didn’t notice, they could simply tell him so. It is a minute workload. After publication of this review the seller explained to me with an answer that all these were due to a strict AI agent and a kind of staff holidays. I hope this is so, because I like to see trusted and reliable shops Because of this prompt answer I think it proper to change my previous review.

I had one of a pair of radios have a battery fail about 5 months after I bought the set. I wrote to Radioddity about getting a replacement battery under the warranty. In less than a week I received new set of two radios when I had hoped to get a replacement battery. They were fast to respond and polite and respectful and went the extra mile. I will buy from Radioddity every chance I have to make the choice. -N7YTF-

I bought a weather station, and the sensor that's supposed to show the wind direction wasn't working properly. When I contacted Raddy, they suggested restarting both units—the sensor and the display—as a solution.

After I didn't get back to them due to time constraints, they contacted me again, which I really appreciated.

When resetting the units didn't help, they asked for a video of the problem. As soon as I sent it, they quickly sent me a new unit, and the delivery was very fast.
