Ordered the silver sun goddess bracelet, unfortunately it arrived with a minor flaw in the chain. I received a reply to my email within a few hours and a couple of days later a replacement bracelet was received, along with a prepaid label to return the faulty one. Superb customer service and absolutely stunning jewellery. Thank you 😊

Post broke off gold earring in my hand and now unwearable. Customer service will not repair/replace as outside warranty period! Hardly worn and kept in box so very disappointed esp as they were anniversary present from husband. Have bought quite a few pieces from them in past but will not buy from them again.

I loved my anniversary present gift from my husband but what matters most is the customer service support.
I had an accident and they replaced it immediately.
I will definitely buy more products.

Excellent customer service. Sadly my pendant broke. I wanted to get it replaced & customer service sorted out for me straight away as under warranty. Emily kept me informed that a replacement item was out of stock but would action as soon as new stock arrived. My replacement pendant is now being sent out. Very happy 😃. I have several items from Rachel Jackson & I am never disappointed.

I purchased a bracelet for my wife around a year ago and it unexpectedly broke. I contacted Rachel Jackson and I have to say the customer service was second to none. No queries as to what had happened a new bracelet was in the post straight away. I can’t praise them high enough for the way they dealt with this.

Buying from Rachel Jackson is always an amazing experience - the jewellery is really high quality, perfect for both formal and informal settings and arrives in lovely packing. I personally love the pouches which they come with becuase they keep my “treasures” safe when I’m not wearing them. The team have been very helpful in the last when I have had questions. I have ordered a few things from Rachel Jackson and am always impressed with the quality of the item and the service I receive from the shop itself. Recently one of the items I purchased broke and the customer service team were so quick and helpful with their responses, and I was issued with a gift card to the value very quickly. I dealt with Emily in Customer Service and she was very efficient, helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service from the whole team when I had some earrings bought for me that I could not wear - they issued me a gift card with no hesitation and Daisy was superb. The jewellery itself is beautiful and I won’t be buying anywhere else from now on!

Great quality jewellery based on an older order from a couple of years ago, and amazing customer service. I enquired if they could supply an item to match something I bought a few years ago and wasn't on the website anymore - they got back to me really quickly and even better, we're able to help with a custom order.

Editing down from 5* because unfortunately I was mis-sold the product and they couldn't supply what was discussed and ordered. No offer of a resolution other than I hadn't lost out as personalisation was complimentary - never mind that the point was to have a matching item, and I would have happily paid for personalisation. We had a non-matching item that wouldn't be worn.

After seeing my updated review here, the company contacted me to say they could engrave the item afterall,on the basis I would amend this review as it was "damaging to a small business", so the cufflinks were returned. However, there was then an issue with the engraving being wonky, and as a result one of the pair doesn't look like the right name. There was much talk of a head engraver, but I suspect its jsut an engraving machine with templates, and either the wrong template was used or the item not aligned correctly. The cufflinks were sent back to me ahead of an email with a photo clearly showing engraving that no customer would ordinarily accept being sent, with the email saying I could either accept them (they had already been shipped) with a token discount, or have to post back (yet again) for a full refund.

I just gave up at this point - the sensible thing to do would have been to send the email with a photo and ask how I wanted to proceed. I have a newborn baby and just can not be bothered with the hassle of dealing with this company any further, or yet another trip back to the post office to return for a full refund (with the postage presumably being at my expense). I really should return as the item is just poor and not what was expected at all.

Overall, the company made an attempt at being helpful and noises about being focused on customer service, but the product itself isn't fantastic quality compare to the supposed same item we bought a few years ago, and the engraving even worse. The communication was appaling - they clearly knew the engraving was poor and unacceptable, otherwise why contact me, and they then posted and made a token refund before informing me of the issue, presumably in the hope I wouldn't bother to return for a full refund (which I would if I had more time and energy than I do at the moment).

I note some other reviews along similar lines of customer service and quality, so I don't believe this is an isolated issue purely because it was an item from the "archive" - my gut feel is the company has changed hands or similar in recent years and the quality has been lost along the way. I won't be buying from them again unfortunately.

I have received Rachel Jackson jewellery as a gift and couldn't be more pleased. I always receive compliments on my pieces. They arrived super quickly and in gorgeous packaging that I am able to reuse when travelling. The horoscope/birthstone/engraving services meant that this gift felt extra special to me. Very happy and would absolutely recommend the brand.

I recently contacted customer services as the chain had snapped on the limited edition Choose Love necklace I had bought in December.
I sent a photo and then Emily immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent.
I was very grateful and impressed with the professional but friendly and helpful manner in which my enquiry was dealt.
