I recently lost an earring charm and enquired about a replacement. Emily was super quick in responding to me and set it up so I could purchase a replacement earring - the issue was dealt with in a matter of a couple hours max. Really appreciate the outstanding service, it makes such a difference!

I absolutely love Rachael Jackson jewellery. As the owner of several pieces it is hard to pick a favourite, the amulet necklace is beautiful, a work of art. I also love the most recent collaboration with Scamp and Dude, the necklace and huggie earrings did not disappoint. I think that the quality is always superb and the design is excellent. I cannot wait for my next purchase.

Amazing help!! I had bought a necklace from a third party shop and it had broken so took it back however they said they could only replace it once, now a day later it broke again! So I decided to email Rachel Jackson and see if they could help. Emily (who I emailed with) was so kind to offer me a new chain at a very discounted price. Such lovely staff and very helpful towards customers would definitely shop there again! and very pleased I can wear my necklace again☺️

I was bought RJ earrings as a gift and loved them. I wore them daily and sometimes forgot to take them off to shower or swim but they didn't tarnish. Unfortunately, while at the beach, I lost one. I can not fault Rachel Jackson Jewelry since I discover the brand in Selfridges I come to the store and buy new jewelry from different collection every time I am in London. The sales assistants in Rachel Jackson are the most professional and kind people, really make my visit worth. The concession manager Amal who have helped me 3 times now is one of the kindest, professional manager I have seen in a long time. She always smiling, very knowledgeable about the brand and can tell she is passionate about her work. I buy few jewelry last week and again Amal helped me which I was very happy. I want to say Amal is perfect manager and really nice to meet her. Thank you Amal for all your help choosing more jewelry from my favourite brand.

I bought a Rachel Jackson necklace from Selfridges last Christmas. The chain recently snapped and I lost the t-bar charm. After contacting customer service I had THE BEST experience I've ever had. So quick to respond, helpful & professional. They are replacing it. What an amazing service. I would recommend the company & their products without hesitation. Well done Rachel Jackson 👍

Not only is the Rachel Jackson jewellery lovely quality and design, their customer service is refreshingly friendly and helpful.

Ordered the Rachel jacksonxchoose love necklace and chunky chain set. Upon ordering I was advised of a three week wait for delivery - fine. Seven weeks later and after chasing up my order it arrives. Perhaps focus on your customers and not the Celebs you are gifting items to. As the order was so late and a present for somebody I am now returning but have had to pay to return the item. Not great.
