Very disappointing experience. I only got a quote online to compare prices, but when I called them, they quoted me a few hundred pounds more than the price shown online. They then told me the original... Se mer

i CAN NOT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH
i CAN NOT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH! i just started my policy with them recently and i've had a lot of problems happen at once from family to financial to my car breaking down and they have done everything they possibly can to be welcoming, accommodating and understanding. i used the chat bot and i had Shannon helping me who was absolutely amazing and needs a promotion or bonus for the professionalism and care that was shown. i will always recommend Quote Detective. i cant thank the staff enough. they truly are hero's without capes (i think they don't wear capes). The only thing id suggest to everyone is don't bother calling just go straight to the chat bot its so much faster and better! Thank you team!
