So far I’m having a really difficult time with this company, lack of response to phone calls and emails, taking months before any work could be started.
Compared to Sainsburys insurance which I’ve had to use in the past, this is very poor

QuestGates have handled our subsidence claim expertly from beginning to end. Julie at QuestGate has kept us informed by email or telephone at every stage from initial surveys to the issue of a Certificate of Structural Adequacy.

Regarding our claim from May this year Georgia Mortlock has been excellent throughout. She has alway answered our calls promptly and been so helpful during what has been a stressful time. She came to visit us and assess the damage, has been in constant contact since her first visit and has not only been very professional but very understanding.

Communication is very slow. I made a claim on a household policy in August. Since then Questgates have sent a series of PDF "letters" as email attachments (why?) Each time they ask for another piece of information, rather than asking for everything in the first place. There is a large policy excess which almost certainly means we will be paying for the repairs ourselves anyway, but I am intrigued to continue with this drip drip drip process to see just how long they string it out for before telling us we can't claim anything anyway. It's like being stuck in some sort of 1930s letter exchange that's been uploaded to today's tech without speeding up the process at all.

Georgia was excellent. Responsive, thorough and helpful. Top marks.

This is how this firm treat stroke victims by bribing them to close claim and using other peoples mobile phone to do it😡😡 - Duncan Smith is the solicitor!!

From the start of our insurance claim Questgates were so helpful and efficient. Our thanks go especially to Georgia Mortlock and Laura Dobney who were so good and so helpful at a very traumatic time for us as my husband had recently had a stroke. All went well from start to finish.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Kathryn Beautyman kept us informed throughout the claim and each tradesman appointed showed up on the date & time stated. Job finished and left the house looking fresh & clean. Would 100% recommend.

Michael Hicks and Gina Parry, in particular, who dealt with my case were fantastic. Approachable, efficient and really helpful in removing some of the stress that goes with insurance claims. Others not involved with the case who answer the phones are also helpful in giving updates when the allotted case manager isn't available.

Mr Shinu was very helpful in answering queries and moving my claim along. He answered any queries I had as they came up. I was happy with the result of my claim.
