Pyramyd AIR Omdömen

Quite a delay with the back order. Rifle delivered and after consultation with Hatsan, it has a leak possibly among other things.

Should I send back to Hatsan or work through it with you guys?

Easy ordering, quick processing, and fast shipping!

Everything I needed was in stock and the orders were shipped promptly.

Ordering online was easy and my order was what I expected. Delivery was on time, overall a great experience

I had recently purchased a Tier One PCP from another vendor. I needed an air compressor, and the EVO 310 has the options I wanted. Pyrmiad had the best price of all the vendors I could find on the web. Then their birthday sale took 12% from that price with free shipping. It was delviered to me from across the country in three days as promised, and not mangled by the gorrillas at UPS.

All items well described on website. Visual descriptions very helpful also .

The staff was always courteous and helpful- there was a small hiccup on the credit/debit card end which was immediately resolved with one short phone call.

Easy ordering and prompt shipping.

My order was shipped 12 days ago, and I still have not received it

I placed my order on 5/14/25 am. and received my order on 5/15/25 around 5:00 pm. “GREAT” the spinner targets I ordered was a bit smaller than I figured but seem to be of good quality. The Benjamin pellets (buy 3 get 1 free is a great deal
Thank you

Easy website to navigate. Lots of selection.

The air rifle works really well. It's a simple and easy to use. I like the fact that it has a scope rail for use with a scope. Maybe to be added at a later date. The only negative was the instruction manual; it didn't completely follow the diagrams in the booklet. My experience with your company was very good.

Calling their support and solving a problem with a tank leak couldn’t have been better. They’re a reliable source for shopping and provide great information on their product website.

I had an excellent experience! I normally purchased my airgun accessories from Amazon but lately their service wan't what it used to be. I decided to go with Pyramid and I couldn't be happier. Excellent order interface and my shipment arrived ahead of schedule. Good pricing also.

got some pellets I could not find anywhere else.

shipping expensive and slow

After shooting pellets for many years I still have a nagging question I need to ask. Your people always answer in a very polite way. Thanks for that

Quick responses and resolution of issues. No hassles with replacement. Quick shipment of replacement.
Highly recommend seller.

Your website was easy to maneuver. After the purchase I was kept informed and the airgun arrived in a timely fashion. A very good experience.

I had to return an item that was non functional. Such great customer service that I bought an upgraded air pistol from pyramid. ( and keep buying). Thank you. Rob

Great selection, good prices, FAST shipping!
