Pyramyd AIR Omdömen

I had a problem with an Air Arms TX200 that had a cocking swivel pivot break when it newly arrived. It took a long time to obtain a replacement, but Pyramyd Air kept me well informed & the delay was certain understandable. The only negative was the I twice asked for the original box to be shipped to me also (I would pay the shipping) because the rifle was to be delivered with scope in a purchased rifle case. I called immediately after receiving the rifle and was told that the box was thrown away. In summary, I received very good service with one small exception.

I like the ease of loading the magazine into the pistol.
wish that the 10th.blank pellet spot would be
brightly colored so that we can easily follow the number of shots fired.
I needed to order replace the previous one of two its clear plastic cover separated / broke in half at what appears to be the seem that goes through its center.

Wide variety of products with plenty of available information. Fair pricing and quick shipping. Only thing I did not like was the automated assistant, it is aggravating.

I received gun, but there is a recall so I don't
get to shoot it. I should have the recall parts with the shipment but we'll see at 3pm

Great product. Fast delivery 🚚. Recommend Pyramyd Air to anyone. Great prices in this bad economy. Very pleased with everything I purchased. Thanks for everything. FIVE STARS ✨. 😊👍

Amazing products. Fast shipping.

Reliability is something that is lacking in much of our society. Pyramid always seems to have items I am looking for. Pyramid fills my order promptly and ships as one would appreciate. Great place to purchase vrom.

You send me a 10% off coupon but it does not work on any thing I put in my cart. Coupon KHPI3L7. What a cheap way to get me to come shop and then no discount. Very disappointed to say the least.

Order a few different things at different times. Never had any issues with shipping or products. Packaging with foam for pellet and slug tins. Paper or bubble filled boxes for other items. Shipped quickly for free shipping. Product shipped as described.

Very good price using the buy 3 get one free promotion. The shipping time was very good. Great selection of products.

Quick and Easy! Website was easy to navigate, checkout was easy and shipping was quick. Product was well packaged and arrived in great condition.

Thank you - Will buy again!

Mark was outstanding as my sales consultant. Spoke to him 3 times and as a newbie , he answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the Avenge X with a Leapers scope and various pellets. The only glitch was that it arrived too quickly. Was told it would arrive 8 Sept but actually got there the 4th. I wasn’t at that address until the 5th but thanks to good neighbors was able to secure the packages and all is good. Thanks!

I needed help picking pellets wanted the best discount for the most items.

Pyramyd air bad customer service for warranty under the window rated 0

I was good to be able to use an after hour service ....the fact that nobody responded yet did not help me obtain the item missing from my order. Ordering the coupler on Amazon for 26 bux to have it next day to substitute for the $20 part expected in my 1251.84 order was irritating but necessary unless I waited 5-7 days. Christopher White

My tank bag arrived today. Super high quality. Perfect size for my AirVenturi 74. Thank you Pyramid AIR!!!

The RWS products are the best and everything was delivered in a timely manner. It would be great if you also imported the full range of RWS rifle ammunition.
