Do not buy from this company as they…
Do not buy from this company as they just mess you about and tell you what you want to hear. I ordered the item on the 22 of December and although I expected some delays it still had not arrived on the 4 of Jan!!. I rang the company and was told it was on its way and would be there on the 5 and guess what still not nothing!!!!!!. I do not understand why they charge for next day delivery when they knew they could not fulfill it. Update They have replied to me arguing it's not their fault? They say they contacted me as soon as they knew what a lie I contacted them twice and I was told that it's delayed and will be here on Friday the 5 and it never arrived!!! I was still chasing it on Monday and I got fed up and cancelled it so don't offer next day when you can't and if you knew there was a issue with DHL why not send me another one and ensure I get it on Friday as promised.

What a dissappointing review and a real shame you didn't see our Christmas & New Year delivery schedule on every page of the order and checkout process!
-----------------------------
Our last day of shipping before Christmas is Wednesday 20th December 2023. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped for delivery on Thursday 21st December.
Orders placed between 1pm Wednesday 20th December 2023 and Tuesday 2nd January 2024, will be despatched on the 3rd of January.
-----------------------------
We dispatched the item on the 3rd of January as planned, but in this instance DHL mis sorted the Parcel which did cause a slight delay.
Unfortunately, you had to cancel the order and we refunded you immediately without question. To be clear, in our conversations we told you precisely the latest information we were being supplied by DHL.
We apologise for any inconvenience, but I do feel the "do not buy from this company" comment to be very harsh indeed. Hopefully our numerous more positive reviews will out weigh your negative remarks.
Kind Regards, Pure Adhesion Ltd
Good click & collect experience
