Great groomers, always 10/10 service and reliability

Clifford goes out of his way to help me. I am always happy with the outcome. He is so good with my Yorkie, Cody. Cody came back today looking so lovely and smelling so good!! Cody used to hate being groomed. But Clifford has won him over. Highly recommend 😊

Jasper came out looking and smelling great. Jasper isn't the easiest client, being a very wiggly cockapoo, but the staff at Puggles bath and groom have so much patience. I will be recommending them to others!

team are so caring, calm and patient even with my crazy and highly anxious cockapoo. Franky always comes home happy and looking fabulous. We only wish we had found them sooner.

Clifford always does a very good job on my Cavapoo Biscuit- who frequently looks like a sheep until Clifford gets the clippers out!

Our groomer is absolutely fantastic with Rodney, our cocker spaniel. He can be a bit anxious, but they’re always so patient, gentle and genuinely caring. Rodney comes back looking great every time, and we feel completely at ease leaving him in their hands. Highly recommend!

Clifford and his team are always welcoming.
They are very good with my little dog who does have some issues with one of his legs after major surgery when a puppy, which meant his missed the important socialisation period. Frightened of loud noises n most dogs.

After 2 years of working at Puggles, I can whole heartedly say that I’ve had wonderful experiences throughout. To see all of our client’s lovely dog’s and to grow a connection with them is such a pleasure to have! There is nothing better than to see the look of all of our clients faces after their pooches hair cut, it brings us so much happiness to be able to provide that service for you all. I can honestly say I always have a smile on my face to be able to work with the team I have and with all the dogs I get the chance to meet.

Clifford and the team are fantastic! I took my two dogs to him and the girls, one is blind and the other likes to make a noise, they were patient and made both of them feel at ease. I couldn’t recommend clifford and the team enough!! They are incredibly patient, caring, and have such a calming nature with the dogs. From the moment we arrived, they made my dog pebbles feel comfortable and relaxed, which is so important, especially if your dog can be a little nervous.

They took their time and handled everything gently, making the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they work with and treat them with kindness and understanding.

Pebbles came back looking amazing, clean, and happy. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in such safe and caring hands. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about the dogs they work with :)
