Sandra and Craig have looked after from a young kitten. As an indoor cat he can sometimes be a bit shy around new people but they are both understanding and very patient with Toby.

First class service and definitely recommend. I was reassured my bunnies were cared for whilst away with the help of videos/photos sent which put my mind at ease. Excellent 😁

Whiskers and Tails are an excellent service. They have looked after my fur babies since they were kittens and they love and care about their welfare. I don’t worry about them while I’m away giving me peace of mind. Brilliant at home service.

Sandra and Craig have looked after our cats for a few years now. Their service is excellent, very attentive to each cats needs and they are very caring. The visits are never rushed and we get regular updates and photos whilst we're away - I think Wilbur is actually a little disappointed when we return home! We would highly recommend Whiskers and Tails!

Craig & Sandra are excellent dog walkers. They have been walking my dog for about 6 months since she was a puppy. They definitely have great experience with animals. Sadie loves them both and gets so excited when they come to collect her.

Sandra has looked after our cats numerous times, she is amazing. She looks after them better than we do and really listens to the logistics. The service is efficient, and Sandra is super kind and friendly to us and our pets!

Sandra and Craig are passionate about their business and caring towards pets in their care, whether it’s pet sitting or dog walking.

Our dogs look forward to their walkies and as soon as the van arrives they are waiting at the gate, with wagging tails and give Sandra and Craig a big welcome.

Sandra and Craig at Whiskers & Tails have truly won our hearts. Whenever we travel for extended periods, we feel at ease knowing our hens and guinea pig are in their capable and caring hands. They keep us in the loop with frequent updates and photos.Occasionally, they also take our energetic 1-year-old working cocker spaniel for walks, which she thoroughly enjoys, returning home happy and satisfied.After three years of entrusting our beloved pets to Sandra and Craig, we wholeheartedly recommend their pet care and dog walking services.

If you are in need of a dog walker , don't look any further. Sandra and Craig are the ones to call. This reliable husband and wife team have been walking my lab Bobby for a number of years. They are always on time, very flexible, even at short notice and my boy absolutely loves them. He gets very excited and darts to the front door the minute the van arrives on the drive. They often send videos of what he is up to on his walk and you can tell how relaxed and happy he is, enjoying his walk in the woods and fields. It is absolutely clear that they love what they are doing and I can't recommend this professional, friendly and helpful business enough.

I feel so lucky to have found Whiskers and Tails. My Lab Bertie loves them. When you see and hear them speak its obvious that they love and understand animals.

There is no other company out there that I would feel as comfortable leaving the cate of my pets to. My cat is very nervous but Craig and Sandra were so understanding and took this into consideration and met her before looking after her.

They also take care of my tortoise and were more than willing to learn about the care he requires.

They are understanding of our pets quirks and we love the little touches like the pictures they send us while were away or the home grown catnip they brought over for our cat.

Sandra and Craig took such good care of our two guinea pigs when we were on our holiday. They did everything we asked and more. We received daily updates and videos so we could see our girls and know they were being looked after well. Their enclosure was kept perfectly clean and they were stocked up on all the food they could need. They really care for your pets. We cannot recommend enough.

Reliable and fun-loving. My two dogs love a day with a Whiskers & Tails outing, they always return happy and full of stories of their adventures! Love all the videos and pictures that they share as well. 100% trust them with my dogs.

Sandra and Craig have been absolutely wonderful with my dog and cat. They show true care and affection for the animals they look after. I have used Whiskers & Tails for cat visits when I am on holiday and I got so many photos and videos of them playing and getting good enrichment. I have also used Whiskers & Tails for dog walking and my dog is obsessed when they come to the door to get him! This tells me just how well they treat him and how much fun his walks are. I also get sent loads of photos and videos which is brilliant. I couldn’t recommend the folks at Whiskers & Tails enough!

Sandra and Craig have looked after our maine coon a few times now and we couldn’t ask for a better service! They send daily updates and pictures to show us that he is absolutely fine, our five year old looks forward to the daily updates the most, especially when videos are sent through so she can see what he’s doing. He’s abit anti social with people, but they always manage to get him to come out of hiding and play. We are so appreciative of the effort they put in to caring for our kitty and we will be only using their cat sitting service in the future!

Sandra and Craig are brilliant, always willing to help out where possible even at very short notice!! Maple quite literally jumps round in circles with excitement when she hears the van outside! Having been with Whiskers and Tails since Maple was a puppy it’s really helped her socialise with other dogs and she thoroughly looks forward to going out on her daily walks with the group.

They’ve looked after Rocco since he was 9 months old and he’s nearly 3 and they love him just like their own.

Their service is fantastic and even at short notice.
Rocco loves his daily walks and sits at the window looking for them as he knows the time they both come !

Sandra and Craig are always willing to look after Baillie, even at very short notice. She was very anxious and wary of others dogs but since they have taken her on her lovely walks she has blossomed into a content and relaxed dog. They are both knowledgeable, trusting and a lovely couple to look after our pooch. Baillie loves them too. We have no hesitation in recommending Whiskers and Tails.

Sandra & Craig are legends. And my dog, Juno, legitimately likes them better than us! They are caring, skilled, supremely trustworthy and thoroughly decent people who love animals. They are flexible and helpful - nothing is ever too much bother. We are truly lucky to have them looking after Juno.
