Have used Puffin for many years
Have used Puffin for many years, wouldn't use anyone else. Last year while in Tenerife I had an accident and needed an overnight stay in hospital and surgery. The company dealt with all paperwork promptly.

I found the service good
I found the service good although l did it online and it crashed a few times so l had to start again l had already sorted my insurance out once same company but l realised l had not put on one of my medical conditions but that was within 14 days so was able to cancel that one so as long as I get my refund l will be happy.

Travelled to Dubai in February when…
Travelled to Dubai in February when unfortunately we were unable to return home. My daughter had travel insurance with Puffin. Website to submit a claim didn’t provide suitable categories, so Puffin advised to send an email detailing the claim. Since then further emails have been sent and not one has been responded to. Easy to take out but if you need to claim for a specific issue there is no support/contact. Would not use again.
