This is twice ive used puffin for Insurance and they always give me a great deal.

Excellent service. I needed to upgrade my travel insurance and it was very easy and I found the staff member very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Puffin Travel Insurance.

Being first time cat owners I did a lot of research into which pet insurance. Puffin appeared to be the best value with a reasonable excess.

I unfortunately did have to claim when one of our rescue cats fell ill with an affection 3 weeks after being adopted. However puffin were great! They made it really easy to report the claim using their portal. They even notified me when the vet hadn’t uploaded be treatment info so I could chase them and I had a very friendly call from customer services when I accidentally entered date wrong.

Was paid within 2 days of the claim being formally approved. Would defo recommend!

Easy to navigate

I was looking for cruise specific insurance at an affordable cost. The quotes from Puffin were competitive & the cover provided comprehensive. The breakdown of cover was clear & made it easy to make a comparison. I like the fact that all the countries covered on the policy are shown & the cost breakdown shows the individual elements for medical premiums & cruise cover rather than one total amount. The website is easy to navigate & information clearly provided. The acid test will be how Puffin perform in the hopefully unlikely event I need to make a claim. Compared to many of the other companies that advertise & constantly offer time limited discounts, it is refreshing to see an insurance company providing competive upfront prices without the marketing ploys & offrering customers exactly what they need at a good price. My experience to date has been positive & would not hesitate to recomend.
