It is the second time I bought a product in "good" price and it was cancelled again for "technical reasons). It is a way to deceive persons to increase their traffic. Unacceptable.

Unreliable seller
I ordered a HDD and paid with credit card installments... They cancelled my order but did not cancel the transaction with my bank...
I didn't even get a notification about the cancellation I just checked the order status and it was gone... Stay away....

Aκύρωση χωρίς ενημέρωση, στο τηλέφωνο εν τω μεταξύ σε πηγαίνει σε ένα αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα να βάλεις τον αριθμό παραγγελίας και απλά να σου πει ότι ακυρώθηκε.

I cannot express how furious I am with Public's service! I placed an order during their Black Friday deals, a time when prices are at their lowest and items sell out quickly. Guess what? They CANCELLED my order without even bothering to notify me via email or SMS. No explanation, no apology, NOTHING.

After looking into it, I discovered that this is a common practice by this company. Public has a reputation for canceling orders, especially during high-demand sales like Black Friday, and they don’t even have the decency to inform customers properly. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all.

I only discovered this when I decided to check the status of my order myself. Had I known earlier, I could have taken advantage of other deals elsewhere. Instead, they left me hanging and completely ruined my shopping experience.

This is not just bad service; it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Avoid Public at all costs unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration. I will never trust this site again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids them too.

They cancel my order without even warning me or sent me an apologizing email.

I placed an order and paid because they had a great offer, the next day they cancelled the order saying that due to a technical issue the price wasn't right. Even if it was an unintentional mistake(it was not since they have done it again) they have my money until I get a refund. I will never shop again from them.

They have not honoured orders in many occasions in the past invoking "wrong price due to system error". Stay away, specifically from big discounted products.

Fake Black Friday offers in 3 products to me and many others.. The worst electronic store to buy.

Totally unreliable. Ordered an external memory and they did not even have the courtesy to inform on the order cancellation or even, the refund date.

They promote fake offers to attract attention and cancel after.

Ακυρώνουν την παραγγελία...χωρίς να σου αιτιολογησουν

They cancel my order without any notice, I am still waiting to refund...

Εάν γινόταν και 0.Περυσι έκανα παραγγελία σκούπα ηλεκτρική και με πήραν τηλέφωνο μετά από ένα μήνα για να μου πούνε ότι δεν υπάρχει απόθεμα(ενώ στην σελίδα τους γράφανε άμεσα διαθέσιμο) και αποκορύφωμα φέτος έναν σκληρό δίσκο ακύρωσαν την παραγγελία με το έτσι θέλω χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση σε εμένα και πόσα ακόμα άτομα.Αχρηστοι και άσχετοι το λιγότερο.Δωστε άκου τα λεφτά σας

I ordered the Samsung T7 Touch USB Type-C SSD 1TB 2.5" (order number D593272463) as it had a good price on their site.
Without any information they canceled my order. The money I paid by card is still blocked.
I notice that when you see an offer on Public it is certain that you will block money without receiving your order since it will be canceled.

Παρήγγειλα τον δίσκο Samsung Τ7 Touch USB Type-C SSD 1TB 2.5" (αριθμό παραγγελίας D593272463) καθώς είχε καλή τιμή στο site τους.
Δίχως καμία ενημέρωση ακύρωσαν την παραγγελία μου. Τα χρήματα που πλήρωσα με κάρτα, είναι ακόμα δεσμευμένα.
Διαπιστώνω πως όταν βλέπεις προσφορά στο Public είναι σίγουρο πως θα δεσμεύσεις χρήματα δίχως να πάρεις την παραγγελία σου μιας και θα ακυρωθεί.

Για πολλοστη φορα ,ακυρωση παραγγελιας σε προιον με προσφορα.. Μακαρι λουκετο

Constantly cancels orders without any info.

They promote fake offers and after you buy, they cancel your order with cheap excuses. Unreliable seller, never bother to buy anything, they deserve shutdown so the market will replace them with something more reliable.
I won't buy again ever anything.
