dont trust them . Orders are getting cancelled automatically because ......Noone knows ....

This store is highly unreliable and employs unethical tactics against consumers. They have canceled my paid order for the second time in a year without any notice. Additionally, their post-sale service is terrible. Just buy from any other store.

They sell some products in half price and then they cancel the order stating that this was a wrong price. They drive traffic to the site to buy other things and then they cancel the one that was cheap!

They keep promoting products in low prices in their website, while cancelling the orders afterwards with no communication whatsoever. Unacceptable practice for such a large retailer, stay away.

I placed an order at an incredible price and received a confirmation, feeling thrilled about my purchase. However, without any warning, I later discovered that the order had been canceled.

To make matters worse, they still withdrew the money from my bank account! No apology, no explanation, and not even the courtesy of a gift card to make up for the inconvenience.

Black Friday is supposed to be about rewarding loyal customers with genuine deals, but this company clearly missed the mark. It’s unacceptable to cancel an order without informing the customer and even more outrageous to take their money without delivering the product.
I will certainly be looking elsewhere for my purchases in the future.

Black Friday ads… I buy 3 different items and they cancel my orders because has wrong price !!!!

They promote fake offers and after you buy, they cancel your order

Fake discounts on an annual basis every black Friday so the consumers can "borrow" them money and earn extra traffic on their store. Avoid like the plague.

If I had the choice to rate zero stars I would certainly done this.
Worst store in Greece by far!

Ψεύτικες προσφορές στην black Friday, με προϊόντα που δεν υπάρχουν και μαζική ακύρωση παραγγελιών. Κλασσικό τρικ για να ανεβάσουν την επισκεψιμότητα της σελίδας τους και να μαγειρέψουν τυχόν μπόνους πωλήσεων κάποιοι, άσχετα αν μετά επιστρέφονται τα χρήματα.

I ordered a HDD and paid with credit card installments... They cancelled my order but did not cancel the transaction with my bank...
I didn't even get a notification about the cancellation I just checked the order status and it was gone... Stay away....

I ordered and they canceled my order without informing me accordingly without an email or sending a sorry coupon as a good will gesture even something symbolic. Their client policy sucks we don't matter to them. Better spend your money elsewhere. If you right something negative on Facebook they block you.

i placed an order for a product at a great price that the next day got cancelled without even warning me about it and not only that not even a coupon or a sorry about it.Never again will i purchase anything from that store if all they do is misslead their customers with fake prices so that they can get traffic on their page

Scam store, they put offers in their site and then cancel the order, scammers...

I usually buy books from them and they are doing ok on that part. But in everything else they are totally unreliable. Recently they cancelled a paid purchase during Black Friday even though they are promoting with big letters in their website “Guarantee prices”. Also they still haven’t refund the money. If you want to consider yourself a reliable company you should honour at least part of your mistakes. Public just hides behind a common disclaimer.

Αγορά από το site της εταιρείας οι λεγόμενες ευκαιρίες - προσφορές σε αποθηκευτικό υλικό - σκληρούς δίσκους και usb που είχε σε black Friday.
Ενώ έχει προχωρήσει κανονικά η παραγγελία και πληρώθηκε έρχεται ακυρωτικό μετά από δύο ημέρες σε email στο οποίο επικαλούνται τεχνικό θέμα και υπόσχονται επιστροφή των χρημάτων.
Κάνουν τη διαφήμιση τους για κάποιες ημέρες με τρελές τιμές και μετά ακυρώνουν τις παραγγελίες
Δεν είμαι ο μοναδικός, έχει γεμίσει το insomnia με σχετικές καταγγελίες αυτών των πρακτικών του public.
Και το ένα * πολύ είναι!

They create a hype with fake offers because of the Black Friday week and then they claim that it was a mistake and cancel them. In the meantime they receive the money and they delay to cash them back

Fake discounts. You pay the order and then they cancel your order without informing you. So, they keep your money for some days. In black Friday period this is crime!
