Wonderful. Came in with a flat tyre after hitting debris on the road. In and out with a fresh tyre fitted in less than 25 minutes.

MOT test experience
My Fiat Panda underwent an MOT test at the Winsford branch of Protyre Autocare on the 15 January 2026.
Test started on time, it passed without any issues and the free & comprehensive inspection report onlyenhanced my previous view of a very professional and well managed business. Winsford branch of Protyre will be my first choice when tyres & repairs may be required.

Won’t use again! First and last time
Went for 2 tyres to be told upon collection that the car would fail its MOT, they clearly knew this was due in a few weeks, was told it needed new rear spring as it was broken, bought new springs and husband fitted however…. NOTHING wrong with old ones not broken at all, clearly trying to rip people off, when I questioned they suddenly couldn’t remember the car!

Thought I had a slow puncture so nipped…
Thought I had a slow puncture so nipped in without appointment. Asked to drop car back later. I was early but within a very short time rang to say it was ready. Turned out it was the valve which was much cheaper.
Very helpful, friendly and honest. Would recommend Protyre Winsford.

I have answered before. New staff and I couldn't get a tyre checked as too busy. Bays were empty. Never again! I used them for all my tyres over decades.

The bays at front of Winsford are solely for fast fit purposes - at the rear of the building we have 5 other ramps for in bigger repairs.
At the time of your visit we unfortunately had no one that was free to carry out the free check as all technicians were all on jobs.
We are always happy to assist where possible - On this occasion we just didn't have the colleagues available to carry out a free check.
I would be happy to rebook your vehicle for check - We strive to give 5 star customer service.
