Brilliant agency to work for. Sydney and Jeanette are both on top of there game. So professional yet amenable. I can call, email or WhatsApp, whichever is convenient for me and they always respond quickly.
I give my availability weekly and always have my rota with requested shifts confirmed ASAP.
If I turn down a shift or client, it's never a problem to them, they accept your refusal and will find another suitable client for me.
A very supportive team, any concerns or advice needed, they are there for me.
I've not come across any concerns working for these lovely ladies.

It will be unfair to write about Jeanette and Sydney and not mention their ability to function under plenty workload. This is not an attribute that is common among managers but these two handle their job so well, despite the workload. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to work with this team, for allowing me to learn from you.

I have been working with Prospero H&S care BRISTOL since January. The pay rate was attracted me so much. I think this is the only company in England that is giving the best pay rate. I had best working experience with BRISTOL team that is amazing in finding the work in the area wherever ones wants, i bet. Their work is entirely employee-centered⭐️. Bristol team is absolutely brilliant in providing the best shift. They are very supportive and explain everything about work in a really good manner and also absolutely perfect dealing with the pay. I haven’t remembered that I could receive a late payment than expected. They are able to provide the best service to its service users and employees. Very friendly and very helpful. and staff welfare are paramount to them, on
each case they will ensure that you
understand the job you are in for, ensuring
you get the right information for the case, if
their is any crisis despite the time of the
dav. thev always pick their calls and ensured is been resolved by providing information and also follow up on it. I would recommend Jeanette and Sydney to anyone as good consultant to work with.
