Line of Credit
I requested $30k but was approved $18k. This was disappointing. Our small business has produced consistent profit for 3 years so we would not enter into any commitment we would not either service or repay. My contact person was always friendly and honest regarding the matter, thankyou Ilia. I know dissolving our family trusts complicated things & was drawn out due to many unforeseen delays, but we reached the end goal - nearly.

Really reluctant to use this facility
Really reluctant to use this facility. The interest rate is extraordinarily high for a loan with a personal guarantee. Cheaper to use credit cards for short term credit.
Will need to review Prospa as a provider.

Absolutely sharks !please please please…
Absolutely sharks !please please please rethink a loan with these guys the interest rate is incredible and has basically broken our family. Took it out to try and save our small buisness (thinking it would be OK)but having to the pay what you borrow plus ,double again in interest has ,taken the house away from our children and has left a devastating effect ,please please please don't let a shark company like this do this to your family .HUGE and horrible lesson learnt, please seek help eles where ,this company is vile and low and pray on the desperate. Please please think again before making a deal with these devils.

Hi Jenny, thanks for the feedback. Our Customer Solutions Team is empowered to work with our customers, to come to a solution together. We offer things like "one off payment deferrals" and reduced payments in certain circumstances. I understand you are not happy with how your situation was handled. We will be looking into this to see if there is anything else that could have been done, and will reach out to you.
Kind regards, the team at Prospa.
