This could be a bit premature
This could be a bit premature, as haven't yet used my travelex card.
I have some hesitation, as when enquiring about the card I was told there are no fees if money is withdrawn out of money machines that accept mastercard, however now I have the card, have seen the terms and conditions state there can be charges when used at money machines, when I questioned this the staff denied saying the above saying there are no additional charges from travelex, this is misleading and we will see what happens when using the card.

Always easy to deal with. Had one hiccup on this order that I placed in advance though.
I received notification that it was ready to collect. But at the kiosk, despite the system clearly saying if was ready the preg packed order couldn't be found.
They resolved this quickly, by re-issuing the physical cash at the time for me.

I loved the NZ Post lady's manner and thoroughness.
For the choices of ID we struck a problem. On my email list of suitable ID was included Gold Card, (with asterisk), but it was not included on the lady's list as suitable ID. When we tried to find, in my email, what the asterisk related to, we were stumped. So, both she & myself would like that inconsistency cleared up for future transactions.
