Great Products, Great Staff…
It’s a great store to buy quality products, without breaking the bank.
Along with the above, the thing that really impressed me was the quality of the staff. Hugely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help.
A special mention for Saeeda, who took the time to listen to what we were after, and then offer her advice and insight into the products that would suit us. She explained the little differences between various products, and also (really helpfully) explained how to get the best out of them, and the aftercare required.
Saeeda is a real credit to ProCook!

Great experience
Great experience, staff member was amazing, solve the problem, and gone above and beyond by holding on to my shopping until the end of the day as I was going into central London and did not wanted to walk with kitchen knives in my hand.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, have used the pan for light cooking omelettes etc all fine but yesterday was pancake day and the hot oil won’t come off the pan, I’m busy scrubbing it at the moment. I would put a photo of it but I don’t think I have the option.
I have an Amway Queen frying pan that is over 40 years old and still perfect so I am very disappointed with my 3 day old procook pan ☹️
