Customer Service Experience
Hello
I had an issue with one of my items received, I found it very easy to get through to your customer service team and person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. My replacement was delivered the next day. Top service and it has made me want to buy all my kitchen products from you so well done.
In another note the assistants in the Rushden store were also very nice.
