ProCook - Rushden Lakes Omdömen

Came in to exchange a set of cupcakes, there should have been six in a pack, however when I had gone to use them at home, I noticed that there were only 5. I brought this to the attention of the sales person and asked if they’d honour this by way of exchange for the correct amount of cupcakes. The pack had never been used and still completely sealed. To my disappointment, the sales person didn’t even attempt to ask management if this could be sorted, especially as it appeared to be a minor oversight from possibly warehouse distribution or packaging. As a result of the non customer interest from the store’s part, I made the decision to completely boycott any future uses of the store/brand. If they can’t be trusted to sort such a small matter, to me it implies a certain lack of care for the customer.

The lady who served me was very helpful on my choice , couldn’t have been more helpful

The shop looked immaculately clean and tidy, which matters to me. The assistants were helpful but not too pushy. The goods on offer were very tempting.

We already have one milk pan and absolutely love it , non stick ,great for sauces and boiling milk. Never sticks really easy to clean. We decided to get another one to add to our collection. Get one honestly you won’t regret it!
