Lovely staff, and the products were exactly what I was looking for.

Fantastic young lady in store had the knowledge to guide us to the correct pans (for an induction hob) lots of options available in store, sets or singular items

Jenny and kirsten were brilliant made the whole process easy and smooth sailing. Great experience and excellent customer service. Would happily go back again. And would recommend the store to friends and family. Everyone was so warm and friendly.

Wow we whent in to thr Guildford store on Saturday 28th February early the young girl behind till was lovely and helpful the manager came in and helped us sort out our card he whent up and above so helpful thank you so much we will return to the store

Kirsten was knowledgeable, answering all our questions efficiently. She had the ability to leave us to browse yet be on hand to help whenever necessary. Her colleagues were equally friendly and helpful.

I don’t want to write a review but I was happy to give 5 stars as the product and staff experience were good but I’ve been hounded to give a review which has spoiled the experience. Leave me alone!!

The staff were very helpful and the store was really clean

The shop assistants were knowledgeable about the items we were interested in purchasing. They checked our purchases before packing and to ensure they were all ok.

I recently purchased a milk frother from the Guildford store, but unfortunately, it is not fit for purpose. It fails to reach a functional temperature for milk and produces almost no froth.

When I attempted to return it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the store manager was incredibly dismissive and arrogant. He refused to acknowledge the fault, claiming that because the machine "heats up water," it is functional. A milk frother is not a water heater; testing it with water is an irrelevant test of its primary purpose.

The manager was quite rude and showed zero interest in customer welfare or statutory rights. He even refused to provide a written statement for his refusal, telling me to just "file a complaint online".

I expected much better professional standards from ProCook. I am still waiting for a refund for a faulty product that clearly does not do what it says on the box.

Very helpful staff that spent time looking in the stock room whilst I was on the phone to ensure the item I was after was there. They then put it to one side for me to collect.

Great experience at Guildford store. Product in stock - big win nowadays on the high street. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Competitive pricing plus first class service. What’s not to like!
