ProCook - Epsom Omdömen

Very helpful staff in the Procook shop in Epsom helped me find what I was looking for. The frying pan we bought a couple of years ago is still as good as new even after my son’s best cooking efforts and so I bought a wok that will hopefully be the same. I always recommend Procook products to people now.

Pro Cook is a lovely shop and the staff are always friendly helpful and efficient.
I went to buy egg cups for a gift and gave 4 stars as they only did them in one colour but still very pleased with my purchase.

Great product, easy to use and at a fantastic price.

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff and
a well laid out store. Too tempting really.

Really happy with my purchase from ProCook. The quality is excellent and the products feel well made and built to last. Everything works as it should and looks great in the kitchen. Good value for money too. I’ve been very pleased with my experience and would definitely buy from ProCook again.

Although I was not spending a fortune just a minimal amount everything that I wanted was their old people like some things in plastic as they are not heavy
Found perfect inexpensive ones.
Fantastic quality Kebab sticks long and smooth also inexpensive
Love this shop and have al sorts of more
Higher pried items but the service is

Staff are knowledgeable about products and very friendly and helpful

The Epsom shop is well stocked with excellent quality products, and helpful, friendly staff. I bought an Elite stainless frying pan that works perfectly, and at a reasonable price for an item of such quality.

Nice bright interior, friendly & helpful staff and I have been pleased with everything I have bought.

Very happy with the purchase it’s what I wanted reasonably priced too, helpful advice from the shop assistant

Polite service e and got exactly what I wanted

Good products and good customer service

Very good service, listened to what I was saying I was looking for and made recommendations to fit what I needed, they also didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive knife that fit what I was looking for but more the one that fit what I was looking for best. They were very helpful.

Wonderful shop with a good selection of goods.

Helpful staff.

Really helpful man there.

Very helpful staff. Lovely store with plenty of stock. A pleasure to browse and shop.

The person who served us was very knowledgeable about knives, and we bought a set. We hadn’t realised just how bad our knives were until we used the new ones. What a difference!!

Very helpful, but not pushy. I was impressed.

The customer service was excellent, the man who helped me was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He talked me through the benefits of each range, according to my needs and there was no heavy selling. Made a huge difference and he got the sale. The knives and other utensils are great, the pan set on its way. Very pleased with the experience of the in person shopping at the Epsom store.
