Warm, friendly and professional staff, let me browse yet alert to any questions I had. Positive and encouraging way of higlighting special offers without being pushy. The products are first class, well made and built to last I have six items I am really pleased with including a saucepan, bread knife and chef's knife and soup ladle. I love going in to browse.
