It was the first time I had visited your eastbourne store and was very pleasantly impressed. Nice set out with space to comfortably walk around. The stock was interesting and looked good quality. Went in on Wednesday to look for a set of knives and block. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, explaining everything about each different product, she was so patient and knowledgeable.
I bought a set of five knives with block , they were on offer and am so very pleased with them, and they look great on the kitchen surface. Excellent customer service and have a fantastic product.

I went into the shop twice. I knew what I wanted but there was choice. After speaking with the assistant, who discussed my options, I said I would think and return. She wasn’t there at 5.30 but the replacement was good also. I’ve used it twice in two days and I’m very very happy. I’ve discovered Japanese cuisine and this plate makes cooking this food entirely possible and successful. Excellent!

Had wanted a cast iron casserole dish for a long time and noticed in my local store they had some in one particularly colour with a percentage off, well as the colour didn't worry me I purchased it from a very helpful assistant who made the shopping a pleasant experience. And having used the product once so far, I am so glad I purchased it. Just waiting for the weather to cool down so I can use it more frequently.
