Extremely helpful staff
Extremely helpful staff. I have a problem with one of my Saucepans leaking water onto the hob after being in the dishwasher. The staff member explained how I could get it replaced and that you have my purchasing history on the computer. I bought the saucepans online so she checked where my nearest shop was (Spalding).

Amazing customer service
I went to the Procook store in Dorchester, and the young lady in there was amazing.
She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to let me demo some knives and answer my many questions.
I went in for browse,but left happy with £170 worth of kitchen tools.
I will definitely be shopping there again.
