So pleased this company has come to the Glades in Bromley. The stock they carry is all fabulous. Very well made, great range of price points and nothing gimmicky, just everything a budding chef could need. And brilliant for those of us that want le creuset quality, but can’t afford it. Lastly, really great staff who are helpful and knowledgable.

Best Pan
Very experienced staff explaining the use and care for the product. Best pan I ever bought, heat up quickly , very good size with base width 21cm and 9 cm depth.

Kind and helpful staff
The gentleman was so friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Im so impressed with the Customer Service.
They didn't have the pot set i had seen in the Bicester branch.They had told me the sage green pot set had been discontinued so they only had one left. I was only at Bicester for the weekend. Once I got back home to London. I decided I did want the pot set so called and asked them to hold it so could go back and get it. Thankfully they agreed another kind and helpful gentleman helped me. Two great experiences of Customer Service.
