I have visited the precook shop in Manchester and 5he products on display are of a very high standard.

Very impressed with ProCook…
Every staff member we spoke with was very knowledgeable & helpful. We ordered a dinner set on Sunday and was advised it would take 3-5 working days. It arrived on Monday- very impressive. Unfortunately one of the bowls was damaged so I rang customer services and they sent out a replacement which was received on Tuesday. Can’t beat that kind of service. Well done ProCook!
