Habe 2 reifen im Angebot bestellt und sie waren 3 tage früher bei mir. Nach dieser überpünklichen Lieferung kann ich die Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Auch das kontaktieren des supports hat bei mir reibungslos funktioniert. Dazu wird man sehr oft über den standort der ware informiert.

The price of custom is not clearly declared during the order process. Delivery costs were 7€. On top I had to pay 43.43€ for the custom process.

Probikekit.com würde besser passen
Gemischt! guter Preis aber Retouren oder gar Stornierungen werden wenn überhaupt zögerlich bearbeitet. Ware kommt ausschließlich aus England, was die Retoure erschwert (ggf fallen kosten an). Kommunikation läuft nur über das Kundenkonto, separat Email werden nicht beantwortet.
Bin froh meine eigentlich Stornierte Bestellung online bei DHL per "Annahme verweigern" ohne Mehrkosten zurücksenden zu können. Geld ist nach langen hin und her auch zurück, aber nur durch viel Schreibarbeit.
Überlegt es euch zweimal und seid euch sicher mit dem was Ihr bestellt, probikekit.de ist keine deutsche Seite! Eine Bestellung könnte sehr stressig werden, vorallem eine Retoure kostet nerven.
Positiv:
+ teilweise sehr gute Preise
Neutral:
+/- ware aus England (an sich nicht schlimm, aber möglicherweise Retoure Probleme mit Zoll etc)
Negativ:
- Kommunikation sehr schlecht / aufwendig (ein Kundenkonto ist Pflicht)
- Retoure Probleme / Dauer
- langes warten auf die Rückerstattung
- Stornierung kurz nach Bestellung nicht möglich
- die ".de" Adresse führt einen in die Irre

Worse online experience and customer care EVER
usually I do not write bad reviews, because many times problems could be outside hand of the seller.
This time I can not hide how bad was my purchase experience withh Probikekit.
Preface: I've already bought small and cheap items 1 time in the pas, everything fine and smooth.
This time I purchased an expensive product (bike case, more than 400euro) that has to be shipped to Switzerland, not so far from them.
After 10 days nothing happen, I contact customer service, reply just "please wait". After 2 days a message says that product is back to them and I will be refunded (things that happened in about 15 days).
Noone at customer care is able to tell me why this is happened.
Because I really need this case and their price was very good with huge discount (15% less than any other), I ordered it again and immeditely sent email to customer care explaining what happened and to take care of the delivery please.
Days pass, nothing, I contact them and receive a tracking number. Tracking shows that the pack is somewhere parked by NL Post and wait for delivery.
After 5-6 days nothing happens, I write again customer care and message is only "wait please"
I waited again 1 week, write again and it seems that always someone else reply and NEVER read previous messages. Finally someone reply me that he has escaled the problem. 5 days pass (that means about 20 days since order): I receive email that pack is back to them. No messages, noone knows why and reply to my email are without any meaning.
The worse customer care EVER
The worse online purchase EVER
What I believe? the price advertised was false and they do not want to deliver the product, just make a fake delivery to make me silent and keep my money.
Now I'm still waiting refund (again).

Zweifelhafte Geschäftspraktiken
Ich kann die hier beschriebenen Erfahrungen 1:1 bestätigen. Radkoffer wurde bestellt und nicht geliefert. Zum geplanten Lieferdatum habe ich von Probikekit eine Nachricht erhalten, dass nicht zugestellt werden konnte und die Retoure eingelangt wäre. Die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreis war dann abzüglich Versand. Da ich zuerst an einen Fehler beim Versanddienstleister dachte habe ich dann nochmals bestellt. Wieder das Gleiche! Sehr zweifelhafte Geschäftspraktiken. Ich habe das Ganze auch an Probikekit gemeldet. Da kam nur eine vorgefertigte nichtssagende Antwort zurück.

NIE WIEDER PROBIKEKIT
Habe über den onlineshop einen Radkoffer bestellt, welcher nie geliefert wurde. Nach 2 Wochen erhalte ich die Info, dass die Lieferung retourniert und das Geld rückerstattet wurde. Der Wunsch nach erneuter Lieferung wird ignoriert. Bei der Abrechnung stelle ich fest, dass zwar der Kaufpreis, nicht jedoch die Kosten für die Lieferung rückerstattet werden. Meinem Kumpel passiert zeitgleich genau das gleiche. Das sieht nach einer äußert zweifelhaften Geschäftspraxis aus! NIE WIEDER PROBIKEKIT!!

Never again...
Hätte ich gewusst wie umständlich die Abwicklung mit dem Shop ist, hätte ich niemals hier bestellt.
Musste meine Rücksendung selber übernehmen und das Porto nach England übernehmen... da hätte ich mir die Preisvergleiche schenken können (bei über 20 Euro Rücksendekosten).
Nun warte ich schon seit Wochen auf meine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, aber es kommt keine Reaktion.
