After a period of illness, I decided to try ozone therapy at Proback to help restore my health. I cannot emphasise enough how effective it has been. My energy levels have soared, I feel younger, and it has even given me the strength to get back into my running routine – which has created an upward spiral for my health. The team at Proback are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. I would recommend ozone therapy to anyone looking to aid their recovery and/or boost vitality.

I’ve had severe neck pain for 10+ years due to degenerative disc disease. I had all the normal treatments from physio, steroids injections, to hardcore pain medications.
All of the above didn’t help and I was slowly losing my life to the agonising pain I was in.
I saw an advertisement from Proback on social media, offering a range of treatments which looked rather promising. I had nothing to lose by going to see them. It was the best thing I ever did.
The initial consultation was very thorough and it was recommended that I start a course of prolozone injections - 5 in total, due to the severity of my condition. I was sceptical as everything else I tried, hadn’t really helped. Just one day after my 1st injections, I woke up with no pain at all. This was the first time in over ten years that I felt pain free.
It’s minimally invasive with no side effects and the difference is just WOW.
Prolozone has given me my life back. I haven’t had to take any pain medication since completing the course of treatment that was recommended.

I was suffering for over a year with severe sciatica to the point I was unable to walk, any normal day to day activities and at a loss of how to ease my back pain. I'd visited my GP multiple times and was working with a physio through the NHS. My pain reached a point where I couldn't take much more, and was irritable and depressed with little hope of a cure.

A friend recommended Proback. My consultation booking was quick and easy, I called and within 48hrs I was being seen for my initial xray and consultation. Within a week, I had started the 18 week treatment plan with spinal decompression and shockwave therapy - the cost was high but I can wholly say it was the best investment I've ever made.

I saw results even after the first session, my symptoms relieved and walking became easier and pain subsided - I religiously followed the advice of the team and within a month I noticed serious progress that without Proback's support wouldn't have happened.

At the beginning of my care, I'd come off an 11hr flight from San Francisco, my pain relapsed as a result of the flight and again I was limping. The next morning I visited Proback for spinal decompression and immediately the pain disappeared. It feels hard to write this since before booking I was sceptical of the reviews and comments thinking it may not work for me but important I share this experience if you are suffering as Proback spinal decompression and shockwave therapy really is a miracle! It really did work for me instantly and I am so grateful for the support I received.

If you are experiencing back pain, Proback will get you back on your feet again - I'm now fully recovered, back to my exercise regime with a greater appreciation for rest and recovery as well as an ongoing monthly check up to assure I can avoid any relapses and remain healthy for the long term.

I was in constant pain for 2 years, and NHS couldn't find the reason.I started believing I'm beyond help and will be on the painkillers forever.
At Proback, during first session, I was given the reason for my pain...and one shockwave therapy stopped the pain. It was unbelievable. I left the clinic without the pain...I am continuing my visits and am very happy with the care I'm receiving. I cannot recommend enough. The staff are lovely and sessions pleasant. Whatever I say will be little about this clinic and the people in it. I will start by saying that for 8 years I have been suffering from chronic pain in the spine and neck as a result of professional sports. I have about 4.5 herniated discs, protrusions and a damaged peripheral nervous system. I visited many hospitals and sanatoriums for treatment, but the result was for about 2 weeks and then the pain returned again.Until I found ProBack Clinic. From the phone call to make an appointment, I felt the warmth and care from Melinda. She was very thorough in answering my questions and made an appointment for me. My first visit to the clinic was to have an X-ray done to see the problem and to prescribe a specific treatment for my condition. That day, I also met one of the physiotherapist Johannes, who was extremely attentive and explained everything to me very carefully, because my English is not perfect and he was so good at repeating or finding a way to explain everything in a simpler way.And so began my great adventure with all these wonderful people. Every day the reception was filled with big smiles and despite the pain I was feeling, I forgot about it for a moment. The clinic team is very kind, friendly, attentive and always responsive when I needed help. When I was admitted to the clinic, I was very weak, I could barely move my head and legs, and it was extremely difficult to make any rotational movements. I felt pain with every step and had lost all hope for a normal and mobile life (a year before I met them, I had paresis on the entire left side of my body). We started treatment with shock wave, laser and spinal decompression. This treatment literally saved my life because now I enjoy every movement. I walk without problems, jump, run and dance like before. Johannes was my physiotherapist and together with him we built a wonderful connection and trust in each other and with small steps we achieved big results. Thank you ProBack Clinic for being there, for your professionalism and the love to every single person. Now I am firmly on my own two feet and I am training according to a plan prepared by Johannes. For these 4 months you have become like part of my family. Deep gratitude to everything you do, because without you I would not be able to do it.

My experience at Proback has been excellent. Im always greeted by the friendly staff at reception. I’m currently doing treatment for scoliosis which is going well.
I’m definitely in safe hands and recommend ProBack who are experts in their field.

5 stars. For any physio / chiro related issues… highly recommend Proback. I would like to specially mention Arlene and Ganesh. Both are very professional, skilled. And gave me the right tools , stretch for my condition. They employed a good mix of strengthening , conditioning , stretching. I would highly recommend the practice and them.

The place is full of unqualified persons.
In summary I will not recommend this place even to my enemy.

I came to ProbakClinic Victoria in very poor condition, suffering from severe lower back pain radiating down my leg, constant backaches, and intense headaches. From the very beginning, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

The entire team is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I would like to sincerely thank those who made this clinic possible — especially Managing Director Dipa Allard for leading such an exceptional place, and Senior Practitioner Yohanis Kidande for his dedication and effort in helping relieve my pain. His expertise and commitment truly made a difference in my recovery.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the wonderful receptionists — Melinda, Claudia, and the rest of the lovely front desk staff — for their constant support and warm attitude.

After years of struggling with agonising lower back problems, I quite literally stumbled into the Proback Clinic — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Despite my ongoing pain and numerous visits to my local GP and hospital, no one seemed willing to address the root of my issues without resorting to painkillers or invasive surgery.

Dr. Christian Allard and his team took a completely different approach. After an X-ray, I was diagnosed with torn ligaments and herniated discs. Dr. Allard explained everything to me with clarity and precision — what was happening with my back and how best to treat the various problems.

I was prescribed Prolozone Therapy, a non-surgical regenerative injection treatment designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing process and repair damaged ligaments. Over a three-month period, I received five injections. Although the treatment was uncomfortable at times, it has worked like a magical cure for me. I’m now pain-free, walking tall, and slowly returning to my normal activities.

Throughout my treatment, Dr. Allard and his team were patient, understanding, and thoroughly professional. To finally be free of pain is a true blessing. I’m so grateful I entrusted my back care to their capable hands!

After receiving treatments including shockwave and Prolozone therapies I am no longer in permanent chronic pain for which I am profoundly grateful.
After an eventful weekend I was experiencing severe pain walking and unable to walk up stairs. I hobbled into the clinic and came out free of pain and almost striding (which is unheard of for me over the past few years). My gratitiude knows no bounds.

I have been struggling with a horrible pain in my lower back shooting down on my leg, sciatica.
I want to mention I couldn't bend forward and I couldn't sit down.

After each session my back was feeling good and all those treatments help me to be more flexible but because of hypermobility I had downfalls so we decided to talk to dr.Chris so for my case he was the game changer.
He recommended prolozone therapy and I had to admit I was very scared of the needles,but at that point pain was bigger then the fear, so I tried and I was very surprised,the whole procedure was around 20 min I was just feeling some little pinches but only at the beginning and my back pain was gone.
I couldn't believe it from the first prolozone therapy it was 85%improvement.

I was recommended to ProBack by a friend when chatting about whether to have neck surgery as the issue I had was not getting any better. My initial thought was I am not sure whether this will help any more than the treatment already provided but I have been really pleased with the results so far and the nerve pinch pain that was a constant issue rarely happens now which makes a big difference to daily activities.
There are a range of treatments available and the consultants are always checking as to what does and doesn't help as everyone is different.
Everyone I have met at the practice is very professional and friendly and do their very best to accommodate appointment times.

Really good - I was sceptical of another London “scam” clinic like Harley St but I was very relieved to be in their hands once I got my findings. My amazing therapist picked up something (more than 1 thing) no one else has over 2 years of various attempts of MRIs, neurosurgeons, chiropractors etc. even just the x ray findings is excellent value so you can at least know what is going on. Only just started treatment but now I have a proper plan how to “fix” what is wrong rather being just told what is wrong. Wasted thousands of pounds wish I had just found this sooner.
