Privatefleet were quick to respond to my request to buy an MG. They brokered a fair deal with Lansdale MG. The car was couriered to me efficiently. To date I have not received communication despite calls and leaving a message requesting a contact name/person so I can get details on how to download the manual. The information on the controls are screen driven and difficult to figure without a manual. I have called the web published tel number but it is never answered so I am frustrated.

Regularly failed to respond to messages- provided incorrect and contradictory information multiple times - required over 6 hours of time to finally get our car - would have been easier to deal directly with a dealership- a month later still trying to ensure old car ownership has been transferred- avoid at all cost

This was a new experience to me in purchasing a vehicle.The staff members I dealt with along the process were very courteous and efficient. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle whilst waiting for delivery and the resulting delivery time was as forecasted.

Dealt with Ray. Exceptional service with regular contact during the whole purchase experience. Further contact after the vehicle was delivered to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and delivery which was much appreciated.
I live in a rural regional area which normally makes things much more difficult with delivery etc. In this case it was not a problem. I have recommended Ray and private fleet to a number of people and will continue to do so. I will be contacting him when I buy the next vehicle.

Very efficient and seamless process, your really need to have done your homework homework, and know a good price, as the process for us was pretty much done in 24 hours
