I've owned an apartment at Principle-managed Southside Apartments after owning ones at several different residential communities here and in the US. It's been wonderful having the on-site 24/7 Concierge office here to assist in so many ways. Manager Steve has an amazing team of customer-focused concierge staff who go above and beyond to help the residents.

This review is for Steve & Akbi who work in the Conceirge office at Southside as they are both very friendly and always help when ever I have an issue.

Southside Apartments. Concierge manager Steve Till was extremely helpful and diligent gave us all the information we needed and was very friendly and approachable!

I had to work at Southside recently with the Pest control, I found Steve Til in particular very helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble, it was a pleasure to work at Southside apartments.

Had the opportunity to visit Southside Apartments yesterday and was greatly impressed.
The Concierge Manager, Steve Till was all the help we could have required and the information he provided was spot on.

While working at a property at Southside apartments in Birmingham, your concierge manager Steve Till was extremely helpful. He had very good knowledge of the local area and helped me to find the local B&Q as well as pin point directions to the apartment I was working in.

I live in the Silkworks on Foleshill Road, Coventry, managed by Principle Estate Management. I have not lived in the building long, but there are many worrying issues that have meant I do not feel safe living within the building.

There has been considerable issues with homeless people breaking into the building, rough sleeping in the corridors, using drugs and acting threateningly towards me and other residents of the building.

Whilst I admit, some residents are choosing to leave the rear access doors open, I do not understand why the building has fairly weak wooden framed glass doors that do not self close in a building that is repeatedly being accessed by aggressive drug using homeless.

The bin situation has also become dire, homeless people repeatedly root through the bins and chuck rubbish everywhere and recently a man has set up a makeshift shack in the bin area. Why are the bins not in a secure area?

I'm not even going to mention here the state of the interior of the building as I believe that is a secondary issue here.

I have lived in the building six months and the introduction of key fobs briefly meant the building is more secure but now the problems are as worse as ever. I have to call 101 on a weekly basis to report problems. It is unacceptable.

Rented a property managed by Principle, Rachel Morton and the team always responded quickly to any issues I had and solved them all. I would recommend this company.

I have had reason to contact Principle on a few occasions and the best customer service by far was from Aliyah Lowe.
Her responses were timely and very customer focused.

Rachel and the team have been amazing at our time in 10 Malt close. They have been on hand quickly whenever we needed them and been great with all of our queries. Never had any issues and anyone dealing with Rachel in the future is in good hands.

In my experience it is difficult to be happy with the performance of Principle at Hope Place Bath. Health and Safety matters are left for months if not years to fester despite constant badgering eg broken outside lighting, broken gates, dangerous and slippery steps…. It’s always on some to do ‘list’ but many never get authorised to the constant frustration of residents and contractors. The estate in my view is beginning to deteriorate due the long list of outstanding items that Principle are failing to manage. The service charge accounts have not been produced for the past 2 years so we don’t know where we stand on costs and reserves. We don’t even have a budget for the current year. I could go on. Principle are well aware of the issues as numerous residents have repeatedly written to them but still Principle fail to remedy the service failings. Principle have a ‘maintenance’ email for reporting matters - but not once have I ever had a reply or even a simple acknowledgement to my emails. It is difficult to know why we are being let down by Principle - lack of manpower allocated to the estate management contract, other higher priority contracts, failure to appreciate the importance of fixing some long outstanding items ..….? We have never received an explanation. In my view Principle must improve their performance. Action not words please.

Our experience with this company has been very good! My son has lived at Bristol Street Birmingham for over 3 years now and I can’t sing the praises of Sophie and all the team there enough! They are all lovely and do a fabulous job! Thank you 🙂

Moved in with the help of Ross and Courtney, great experience overall, and both happy to assist at any time. Ross was so lovely when we met for the viewing, made us feel really comfortable straight away and gave us loads of information. He sat down and talked us through the next steps, answering all of our questions in detail - really great service. He was always on the end of the phone if we needed him! Also, the flat is great, which is a bonus. Really happy with the experience from Principle, thank you Ross and Courtney for your help :-)

Shanti is really helpful, and had picked up my inquiry at a fast pace, having no response since Lewis left. My issue was resolved swiftly after thanks to her.

After changing our management company and having a lot of issues to address, Recorra Moody has been totally amazing as our junior property manager. Her communication and attention to detail is second to none and she always replies quickly to any of our queries. If she hasn't an answer straight away she always gets back to us as soon as she can. Recorra respects each and every one of our requests and problems and goes above and beyond to help all of the 20 residents in our retirement property community. The best thing my husband an I ever did was to move to Principle Property Management.

I recently started a tenancy for a rented garage on a brand-new concreted block they manage. The experience from start to finish was very professional and any questions I had were answered. I was given a garage viewing by Ross who was a delight to deal with and he quickly took me through the process of application which was very simple. All of the admin was dealt perfectly by Courtney and any queries were responded to very quickly. I would absolute recommend dealing with this agent if you are a prospective tenant on the look out for something.
