I had to sue this company because they damaged my front gate during a delivery, and they refused to pay for the repair. I observed the incident, identified the damage, and reported it while the crane operations were still ongoing.

They denied causing the damage, even though they did not report to have found any damage from their own photographs showing the gate before they began unloading. From those pre‑unloading photographs, they reported only some mud on the gate, suggesting that the gate was already damaged. When I asked them to share those photographs — expressly offering to consider the matter settled— they refused and instead invited me to proceed to court. They later stated that the photographs had been deleted and were not produced during the proceedings.
This conduct led me to conclude that the photographs showing the gate before unloading did not show any damage, and this may have been the reason why they were deleted. I understood that the judge reached the same conclusion.”
During the litigation process, several inaccuracies were reported which appeared to support their position — including listing the wrong materials to argue that the delivery could not have caused the damage, or that the unloading did not happen near the gate, despite the crane was on the pavement and the material was unloaded in my property behind the gate.

The driver (also reported to be the company director) did not investigate the issue on site. He simply photographed the delivered materials and left. However, in his witness statement he described an extensive investigation and portrayed me as uncooperative, which does not reflect my experience.

They also stated that their vehicle CCTV showed no contact with the gate. At the hearing, when questioned by the judge, I understood that the CCTV (which was not produced) did not even show the property.

The company alleged that my contractor caused the damage before their arrival. In reality, the contractor began work two days after the delivery.

When I went back to them and tried to resolve the dispute, the sales representative was very unprofessional. I later saw that other reviewers had reported similar experiences.

Based on my experience, if you are a contractor, be aware that you may find yourself unjustly drawn into disputes. If you are a customer, it is likely that if something goes wrong, you will have to deal with the most unprofessional customer service I have ever found, and be prepared to statements like: "if it means it puts a stop to wasting our time", "Please can you stop harassing us", "If you continue to do so we will be left with no choice to block your email address".

It was so easy to navigate the Web site and to buy what you want. Very good customer experience in letting you know what's going on.

Service is top notch. product is good, ease of order is good, delivery was good and most of all price is good. I would use again for any more projects

The pavers are good but the delivery was not so good, just left outside our gates, did not bother to ring to tells us they were there.

Ordered and paid for 2 bulk bags of blue slate to be phoned the next day to be told they don't deliver to my address I check and read thur there delivery description nothing to say they don't deliver to ni unlike all other places that don't deliver they did not make this information accessible now I've to wait 3-5 working days on a refund waste of time

I ordered a hearth from these guys and I have to say that their customer service was outstanding. The communication was superb from start to finish and team members that I spoke to including Kelsey, Donna and I think a chap named Lee, were all exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a couple of changes to my drawing and decided to opt for delivery after I'd already stated that I would collect and these issues were dealt with immediately and very easily. I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again and it's no wonder they've got 5 stars on the reviews. A pleasure to do business with!
