Premier Solicitors Omdömen

Excellent service from Premier Solicitors throughout our property purchase. Special thanks to Harpreet and Neelam for the updates and acknowledgement at every stage and prompt responses and clarifications when requested.

Thank you for making our purchase smooth and super easy!!

We will definately recommend your service to our friends and families 🙂🙂🙂

Our experience with this firm was satisfactory at the outset but deteriorated as the transaction progressed.

Initially, the process was handled efficiently. The early stages of the purchase were explained clearly, which gave us confidence that the matter was being managed appropriately.

However, communication became increasingly challenging later in the process. When contacting the office, administrative staff were often unable to provide updates, and as our solicitor worked remotely, it proved difficult to obtain timely responses. While we did not expect immediate replies, we did expect communication within a reasonable timeframe. On several occasions, our emails were only partially addressed, which required repeated follow-ups and created uncertainty.

We also experienced difficulties with the survey arranged through the firm. The report contained inaccurate information, which resulted in delays and required us to intervene directly with council to have the matter reviewed. This added unnecessary pressure during an already complex transaction.

In addition, we were advised that we would receive cashback from our lender and were asked to provide supporting documentation, which we supplied promptly. However, we have not yet received this payment.

As first-time buyers, we would have benefited from clearer and more detailed guidance throughout each stage. Certain aspects appeared to be treated as routine from the firm’s perspective, but they were not self-evident to us. More structured explanations of the process would have reduced confusion and helped us feel more informed.

In summary, although the initial handling of the matter was positive, ongoing communication issues, delays, and the handling of the survey meant that the overall service fell below our expectations. The process became more stressful than necessary, and on this basis we would be reluctant to recommend the firm.

We hope this feedback assists the firm in improving communication standards, clarity of guidance, and oversight of third-party services.

We are so grateful for Jayleigh who has been a massive help during our buying process! As first time buyers she really put us at ease, answered all of our questions in a timely manner and very efficiently, the whole process from start to finish has been great and we couldn't be any more thankful!

We wish to commend Louise Docherty who helped us to write our first Will whilst she was still to complete her legal qualification. Within the following year -by which time Louise had qualified- we decided to get advice on having a Living Trust. We’d been so impressed by her professionalism, and her upbeat temperament that we specified that we wanted Louise to handle the matter. We were not disappointed in our decision.

We quickly came to trust Louise. She is knowledgeable but told us when she had given us a tentative response and needed to check the matter out. When we need future legal guidance. Premier Solicitors will be our preferred source and our preference will be to have Louise Docherty as the appointed solicitor.

We had an excellent experience with Premier Solicitors during our property purchase. The team was highly dedicated and supportive throughout the entire process. Harpeet and Nelaam were always quick to respond to our queries, keeping everything clear and stress-free. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish, and we would highly recommend Premier Solicitors to anyone looking for reliable and professional legal services.

Very Polite and helpful very quick response

I can’t recommend this firm of solicitors highly enough. They were professional, supportive, and efficient throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
Excellent service from start to finish — truly grateful for their help. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Gary and Zaria in employment law, when my partner had issues with termination. We found them both to be outstanding individuals, both highly competent and personable. They helped us not only through their work, but also gave advice so we could take on meetings and tasks confidently. Overall outstanding service, I would really recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend this company May, Simran and Kellie all made the transaction smooth and was always kept up to date with progress.
Keep up the great work.

Large shout out and my grateful thanks to Premier who have helped me all the way with a somewhat protracted and lengthy task in regard to award of Grant of probate and subsequent executor sale of an associated property.
In particular thanks to Gary and his team's guidance needed with submission following a change of executor and Priya and Faith who were instrumental in securing a successful property sale and managed to help keep me sane throughout the whole process.

Many Thanks for Premier Solicitors for their excellent help and guidance throughout the entire process of purchasing our first property.
Best regards

Premier Solicitors were used following the death of my uncle to settle the IHT and apply for probate. They made the whole process so easy and stress free. A very professional service.

Thank you Tina Price-Johnson for all your work with administering the estate of my late friend. A complex task, but completed in a most professional manner and made my life a lot easier.

I cannot thank Gary Lee at Premier Solicitors enough for his support and expertise. From the outset, Gary was clear, strategic, and incredibly thorough, guiding me through a very stressful employment matter with professionalism and empathy.

Gary demonstrated an excellent understanding of employment law, communicated clearly at every stage, and always made sure my best interests were protected. His determination and attention to detail ultimately led to a strong and positive outcome, and I felt fully supported throughout the entire process.

I genuinely felt listened to and reassured, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Solicitors, and in particular Gary Lee, to anyone needing employment law advice.

Thank you again for everything.

I would like to commend the services of Mr Gary Lee Partner and Head of Employment at Premier Solicitors, who helped me with his thorough advice with successfully closing a settlement case. Gary has tremendous knowledge in employment law and he shows genuine care when approaching a case. He took time to explain all aspects and guided me for reaching a better outcome. Gary`s friendly communication style is much appreciated and I have no hesitation to recommend his legal services to anyone facing complex employment cases, let it be HR professionals who manage such cases or employees who need advice and guidance before reaching an agreement.

Fantastic work, Jayleigh has been very responsive, dedicated and competent at every step of our new home purchase. We heard very mixed stories about solicitors in this country, but our part of the chain has been handled flawlessly and Jayleigh has chased other parts of the chain when they were falling behind. We will definitely recommend her to our friends and colleagues.

The solicitor with whom I corresponded the most was generally very helpful. There were periods when I was unaware of what progress had been made but she responded quite quickly to my email and reassured me that all was proceeding as it should. The time frame to complete the whole process was longer than i had been originally advised but this was due to factors beyond the control of Premier Solicitors.

I had an excellent experience with this firm throughout my mortgage process. This is the 2nd mortgage that the firm supported me with. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and very thorough. They kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and handled the process efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed.

I truly appreciated their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to seeing the transaction completed on time. I would confidently recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable and professional conveyancing services.
