Katia Lake and her team dealt with our case for our house move and has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very helpful, even though Joanne only had the opportunity of working on my behalf for a short period. For the record the account was in connection with a late cousin. As is right and proper, a search was carried out to see if a will had been made by the deceased. In the event another solicitor advised that the cousin in question had indeed made a will (with them) and duly took the contract from HCB. Rather regrettable but these things happen.
