I ordered water shoes. Took weeks to arrive. Junky, too small, constant run around. No refund available. All words no actions! A Chinese rip off. Too bad. Never again. You want to get ripped off order something.

If there were zero stars, I would check that. The product I purchased (Mineral Mug) is defective, these cups will spill contents, as the bottoms are domed, and rock on a tabletop. Additionally, they use EXTREMELY false advertising. They market these as "mugs" but they are somewhere between the size of an espresso cup and a regular coffee cup. When I tried to return, they said I had to pay for the shipping... to China, which will cost more than the purchase price. This is a HUGE SCAM, as evidenced by their average 1-star review. I wish there was a legal avenue to hold them accountable.

Ordered winter boots on December 3st, 2024. They took almost a month to arrive. I contacted them for a return and refund It was going to cost me more to ship them to China than what I paid. This company had so many excuses. I have learned my lesson never to deal with them again. I ended up donating the boots. I don’t know how this company is in business. They are horrible and thieves. NEVER again

Soft Slippers was a company was listed as a US, but was told that returns go to China. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and still don't have a mailing address to return these slippers.

This company is a cover for many little pop up scam companies. I ordered from one and this company took over. Did not like the totaly
miss represented product or the fact that "SHIPPING IN 5-7 DAYS" means from CHINA. Told them right away totally unacceptable and even NOT shipped they did not cancel. 5 weeks later product came from someone in California but to get my refund I have to pay and do the paper work to ship back to CHINA, and not to the person that took my money and sent product.

These guys are scammers. Will do everything to avoid honoring returns, I'm not shipping an item back to China and picking up the freight. No where on their webiste is the revealed. I admittied I ordered the wrong item, I just want them to honor the way Amazon does.

Terrible liars and company. Ordered shirts , got a month late for xmas. wrong size, will not even answer but about a refund or replacements. If I would have known the shirts came from China I wouldn't have ordered them to start with. they refuse to answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A new store opened in north Chingford OMG absolutely not helpful at all, wanted to top up energy as it is a pay point, they said they did not do it but actually he just could not be bothered. I said that is what your sign says pay point so it’s either you cannot be bothered or you don’t know how to do it. He replied it’s the latter. I walked across the road the gentleman just did it for me straight away avoid this Premier Shop they’re so unhelpful.

If I could give less that 1 star i would. This is the most disreputable place I have ever ordered from. I placed an order Dec. 29th. Received it Jan. 18th and on the same day began requesting my money back because their product is sized wrong. It is now Feb. 10th and I still am getting the run around from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!

Staff never say please or thank you just the price.

I was harassed every single day because the "owner" of this shop claimed celebritys were their shops "stock". Im human woman that is an artist that paints pictures/ sings songs/ plays musical instruments. I dont do this online i do this at my home address one street away from this shop. In my own home i had strangers groping me and the shop "manager" claiming to putting nappies on me, pulling my pants down in my kitchen, obsessing about me and subliminally trying to grope me claiming it was a massage. I didnt want a massage. Sometimes they would try to whisper to me out of my tits! They dont have any concept of reality. They also claimed they could sell human women in their corner shop as a soul/ or phone top ups. They kept inflicting delusions upon my home and my loved ones. Obviously real people understand you cant sell people in a corner shop as stock and claim to be people or having any understanding or insight as to what real life is!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with these so-called "real stone" mugs compels me to warn others. I paid over $60 for what was promised to be a genuine stone product, only to receive an embarrassing imitation that is clearly crafted from cheap plastic or resin—definitely not the high-quality material I expected.

From the moment I opened the package, I was hit with a strong chemical smell that made it clear these mugs are anything but natural. The construction quality is appalling; there are uneven colors, rough edges, and an overall cheap feel that screams 'knockoff.' Not to mention, the size of the mugs is laughable—they're far smaller than what the images led me to believe!

If you think you’re getting a beautifully crafted stone mug as advertised, think again. The colors and patterns are misrepresented and do not match the product images in the slightest. It feels like I've been duped into buying a low-quality product that doesn't even come close to the genuine item I was promised.

Given these numerous issues, I've reached out for a refund and am currently dealing with the hassle of returning this poorly made product that clearly comes from China.

Save your money and avoid these fake stone mugs. They are nothing but cheap imitations that offer no value for the price. Buyer beware—do your research and steer clear of these deceptive listings. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself later!

SCAM BEAWARE!!!! Terrible company to deal with...what is on the website and what you bought/receive are totally different. Do not buy from this company! No returns bc everything comes from China and too expensive for shipping. That shouldn't be the customers problem. Quality of products suck and they sent me the wrong color but still would not refund my money.

This is specifically for Wine and Whisky decanter. I ordered a crystal mug. It took three weeks to arrive.
The pictures were gorgeous and what I received was completely different from what arrived. The product listing featured a video showing cups being carved out of crystal. What I received was some sort of plastic resin that had a metal insert because they cups are not safe to drink from. It has taken three weeks of back and forth emails each email takes 4 to 5 days to get a response on. I was told that they don't normally accept returns and that I would have to "shoulder the cost to return". This isn't just poor quality it is a complete scam.

Premier express Milton Keynes train station terrible service rude staff talking to you like crap refused service and kicked out for having a cat in a pet carrier that I had just travel 6 hours to collect and wanted to get some food and things in for my 6 hours return journey I said to him the animal is in a cage you can't kick me out for having an animal in a cage he told me to f off out the store and started kicking off and trying to say it not sanitary compleat idiots and only way out said cats for eating not pets.

Ordered a crystal mug for Christmas which arrived Dec 30. Was not the correct size and very cheap. Now trying to get a refund for 31 days. The company will not send a return label so not sure of the cost to ship to China. Will never purchase another item from this place. Absolutely terrible customer service and product.

I worked at Premier Stores (M and G Stores) in Dawlish Warren for the summer season and we havnt been paid our final pay, we've had wage slips but no pay!!

I bought a mineral crystal coffee cup from these thieves... and it was just a painted small piece of crap cup not even worth using and ugly as can be.. for 30 dollars! Order took like 60 plus days to get here.. why didn't I think of selling things not ordered for high prices to make money... I hope the people involved get cancer
