They owe me money, no response, they are literal scammers, been chasing them for months. Worst company I have ever used in my life. Ripping off vulnerable mothers to be. They don’t send confirmation emails so you can’t get the money back from your bank. £110 they took from me. Disgraceful. Use another company.

So I left a review earlier.. they replied and said they’ll have things sorted. Sadly I still have had nothing from them. No pushchair and no money. I asked for a refund as they stated they don’t even have the item in stock however now getting my money back has been hell. I’ve been on a live chat open since yesterday only to have someone reply to me once stating they will look into it then never reply. If u haven’t got the item have the decency to give people’s refunds on time. Absolutely appalling ! Considering this is for babies items you would think they’d understand that having all baby’s items ready for due date is crucial just as having my money is important so I can order elsewhere ORDER #17644

Very disappointed, placed an order on the 25th September for a pregnancy pillow that I desperately need to help me sleep and it’s still not arrived. No email to tell me it’s been dispatched. I’ve sent two emails to customer services and no reply, tried calling too and no reply. Very upset with this service, would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Also I’m not made of money and this is an important item I need to help me through my pregnancy.

Ordered my parcel on the 23d September, it was in stock, I have not received it. I have tried calling, left messages, emailed, filled out the contact form, chat, not a single person has come back to me and what I ordered is a birthday present for a little girl this Friday. Its so disappointing to not receive a response.

i have ordered two kinderkraft travel systems by mistake i have tried to contact to cancel and refund one of them before i recieve the two of them by post nobody has emailed or phoned me back

Order number 17705....Bought a pram on the 6th september and still not got it. I was told it qas a supplier issue and would be delivered on the 21st september instead but didnt turn up, to then be told it will turn up on the 4th october. I have had maybe 4 replies off them in the month i have waited, no updates on where or what is happening with my pram. Iv asked for a refund but im guessing the company is just going to rob me of my money cause iv not got it back. Customer service is a disgrace! Do not buy a single thing of this company or ickle bubba cause thats where my prams supposed to be from and you cant get in touch with them either
