Really great smelling products but my main comment is for the customer service, always really happy and helpful which isn’t always the case nowadays. Very good and fast communication and very reliable

The apple crumble spray quickly masks the smell of cannabis but it makes me hungry!

Went to Crufts …visited stand on Friday, guy spent a fair amount of time explaining everything to us and put us under no pressure to buy. He said he would reserve a unit for me until Saturday when I was back again. On Saturday, purchased the automist odour diffuser, apple crumble liquid plus two blocks as well. Back home tonight and I am very impressed especially with the automist (looking forward to trying in car as well). It was great to see them on display at Crufts as having seen online I was undecided but seeing and talking to guy on stand really helped. Highly recommended, especially if you have dogs, but don’t want your house to smell “doggie”…..Congratulations on a wonderful product and big thank you to lovely guy on the stand at Crufts who helped us!

It really works neutralising all kinds of bad smells; I've used the urine neutraliser, air sprays and a block. The apple crumble scent is very interesting, even sophisticated I'd say! :-)

I found this website when looking for products that wouldn’t make my ragdoll kittens ill as I’d read about plug in air fresheners causing issues and even death With 4 kittens and litter trays around, I wanted to make sure the house didn’t have any nasty odours and the kittens were safe
Unplugged all my normal air fresheners and replaced with solid blocks, fresh air sprays and a misting dome.
I’m so impressed with all the products especially the dome as it has a 2,4 or 6 hour timer and will cut off if empty
Can’t praise the products enough
Fragrances brilliant, tropical breeze upstairs and apple crumble downstairs
Now about to buy a couple more sprays etc now I’m 100% happy with the products

I first bought a POW Air product several years ago and have since tried all products with the exception of the misting dome. Having stinky terriers I needed something that would neutraliselingering nasty smells and release a pleasant, long lasting, natural fragrance. PowAir ticks all those boxes, I wouldn’t waste my money on anything else.
My favourite is Apple Crumble.

Brilliant products, the gel has a lovely fragrance not at all overpowering or artificial. Not my first purchase and definitely won't be my last!

Ordered the Penetrator product via companies website.
Required Due to my teenage son bedroom
Which he shares with family cat.
Arrived the next day , used to as suggested , sprayed on cloth furnishings and in shoes left to dry naturally.
Worked 100%
Had my doubts but was very happy with results..

I ordered a PowAir Block Dispenser which arrived in a damaged box and without the key required to open the item, and the wall mounts. I contacted the company who were incredibly unhelpful - not even an apology - and said they would send out the items missing and I would receive them within 2 days. That was a week ago and I have received nothing. The dispenser cannot be activated without the key so i have been charged for an item that is not fit for purpose. I did comment when I phoned that basic quality control would surely dictate that, if an item is sent out in a damaged box, it should first be checked to ensure all parts were still included - clearly it fell on deaf ears.
If I could give them no stars I would - I have zero tolerance of shoddy after sales service and I shall NEVER use this company again.

Having purchased my misting dome a few months ago my home ( with 4 big dogs) has smelled clean and fresh.
I have ordered my refills twice and not been disappointed with the quick delivery and quality of the product.

Today sadly I turned my misting dome on and the buttons broke, I emailed customer service and within 10 minuets received a reply with an apology and an offer to send me out a new dome.
Outstanding product and outstanding aftercare.
Would rate higher if o could.

This odour remover is really excellent. I used it initially to remove a very musty smell from bathroom floorboards/joists and vinyl "fluffy-backed" floor covering, both of which had been soaked with serious shower over-spill for some weeks. Some of the timbers were not too far gone with wet rot so I left them in place. PowAir removed every last trace of the strong smell that had remained after drying-out.
I've since used PowAir to remove a putrid stench from an expensive tote bag that someone had left food in to rot (ugh!). It worked wonderfully. I wonder if there's anything that PowAir doesn't work on. Thank you for making a product that really does what is claimed in a world of advertising that so often exaggerates. I recommend unreservedly - not a thing I've ever done before for any product. Yes, I'm raving about this product and I have no vested interest in or personal relationship to PowAir. Buy some and see.
