I lovvveeee pound lashes they are the best lashes I’ve ever had I’ve been using them since 2020 and won’t ever look back! Although they are now mainly over a pound i would still highly recommend them as they are hands down the BEST lash company ever!

Received order fast however all products when opened were all dried up and unusable

i ordered some lashes and some glue two weeks ago and i still haven’t received it and poundlashes are not being helpful at all. do not recommend this website.

1 star is to much for this appalling company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

To start my parcel was lost pound lash customer service was everything but helpful or reassuring and left me to finish the investigation alone with Royal Mail with no involvement from their side at all. (Just the odd pointless 1 line emails with no solutions)

Fast forward I have finished the investigation Royal Mail have informed me the parcel is lost and to contact the sender, I did. I send pound lashes 3 emails of which to no response I only got one nearly 3 days later and only after blasting on social media. WOW. And the response? Anything but helpful again. I asked for a full refund and I all got was “can I have the complaint number” the complaint number by the way was in the previous emails I had sent clearly they just want to give me the run around instead of a solution and my request for a refund was completely dismissed, wasn’t even acknowledged. I have sent an email explain how appalled I am with the service. I will update on wether I get a refund or not. In the mean time if anyone has a similar experience and evidence please contact the respected people and put in a complaint also as this is terrible and not exactly something I have time for. This “company” is exactly the type that give small businesses a bad name. Customer service have the worst attitude I have ever come across acting as if it is my problem and that they cannot be bothered. DISGUSTING

Cannot fault them I've had great service and amazing bargains.

I ordered lipsticks from this company , 5 weeks later, I still have not received them. I have emailed numerous times and no constructive replies. Extremely poor communication, Not received my order BUT quick enough at taking my payment. Will never use this company again.

I have had no emails making me aware of your protocol. One email just said..and I quote " unsure what you mean." Whe n Id enquired about my order.
And I have NOT received a refund!!!
