Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You mentioned the mascara has dried out but we can see in the photo you sent that this has definitely not dried out. You did not mention any other products being damaged so we have no knowledge about the brow brush. You are welcome to return the items for a refund

Superb value for money
I have to say pound lashes do really give you value for money. I use to buy far more expensive lashes but using pound lashes are exactly the same and last just as long at a fraction of the cost!! The only slight thing I would comment on is sometimes the lashes come packaged and stuck down too much resulting the lash breaking even though I remove as carefully as possible! Other than that a great company and my go to for all my lashes.

Packaging is always so secure and cute, as well as lashes being good quality! Shipping takes quick too - I only use this site to order lashes 😍 One improvement that can be made is lashes of one design aren’t always the same and look a bit different :)

Will not order again
In total, I have bought a total of nearly £60 of lashes from this company.
Two packs of lashes have broken and fallen off whilst removal gently, the band is not broke, the lash is just dismantled completely so I know it’s not from my conduct. Reached out to CS who state they will not be actioning snytning. Disgusting customer service

Hi I can see you placed an order for 10 pairs of lashes back in February totalling £19.57 and your email reads “I was really upset to find that one of my new lashes has come detached upon removal from the packet”
we cannot stress enough not to pull the lash from the hairs when removing the lash from the tray,
With you mentioning the band was still in tact this is obvious that the lashes where pulled directly
From the middle and the hairs have detached from the band.
The lashes need to be removed from the very corner with tweezers to ensure the hairs don’t detach from the band, as they are delicate.
Also there was no photos provided throughout the emails to show anything, so we can’t just refund without seeing the lashes.
Sorry you feel this way but we cannot take accountability for damage made by the en user which you have stated in your email the damage was done when taking the lashes out the packet.

Do not recommend at all buying from this company. I placed my order on the 28th of February it’s 3rd of April now and my parcel has still not arrived. I have contacted them and they take about 3 days to reply, still don’t know what is happening with my order. Judging by the reviews this is not a rear occurrence. Not a reliable site to order from, and the communication is terrible. Gives a bad name to small businesses.
