bought several products off pondkeeper 15 months ago and the filter handle just broke so phoned and after only a 2 minute phone call was told replacement would be despatched that day, 24 hours later I have the new filter top , well impressed can`t get a better service than that . thank you

Had a problem with some pond lights. Pondkeeper replaced them without quibble within two days. That’s good customer service !!

Purchased a pond liner that quite soon after installation became faulty. To be fair it was a very low priced one as that suited my budget at the time. I telephoned pond keeper and was asked to send an email with defect details along with photos which I did and within an hour I was offered a replacement which I declined opting for a refund and shortly after that I had confirmation that my refund had been processed. Excellent customer service

We ordered a pond liner from Pondkeeper which unfortunately on fitting was noted to have a faulty seam. We contacted the shop to advise, being asked to send photos of the faulty liner. Within 24 hours of sending these photos we received an email agreeing to replace the pond liner free of charge, with Pondkeeper also generously offering for us to keep the faulty liner as an added underlay to save the additional hassle of removing and returning it, which was much appreciated. Within 48 hours of this replacement being agreed, we received the replacement pond liner.
Our experience of purchasing from Pondkeeper, not only of this specific item but with other orders has been exceptionally positive. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, and our most recent experience was handled exceptionally well.
We definitely recommend Pondkeeper and will continue to order items from this shop.

Amazing service. I ordered a pond liner and then after a while I realised my patch on the old one was holding so I got in touch with them and they very quickly responded to say if I sent the unopened pond liner back they'd give me a full refund, which they did.

I've had Koi for several years but never been happy with the pond nets I've used. Winters near and the bottom of the pond was well in need of a clean. The most likely suitable net I could find online was a PondXpert Sludge Net and 3m pole. I ordered one from Pondkeeper and it was delivered the next day and I am more than pleased with it. Not sure what the net is made of, but it looks very durable and the pole is really substantial and rigid. Easily the best I've seen. Great price and fast delivery from Pondkeeper. Excellent!

I've used pondkeeper several times and always been pleased with what I've bought, great products and great service. I recently purchased a pond liner and Pond Hero Superjet Pump, the pump stopped working after a month, I emailed Pondkeeper and after answering a couple of questions, they agreed it sounded faulty and said they would send a replacement for delivery next day. The customer service of this company is second to none. They will strive to ensure you are happy with all products and will send replacements, alternatives or parts until you are happy at no extra cost.

When our chosen fountain achieved a rather pathetic 25cm height( 73cm from pump base) instead of the claimed 180cm, their response blamed "variations in gravity"

*Update* The company have now reviewed their response and apologised. They have supplied an uprated unit and the original returned to the retailer.

I had a problem from the start. The staff went out there way to help me sort it. Since then no problems,wish I had changed to there product years ago

I had a problem with a pump bought from another online retailer and they could not have bee less helpful. I contacted Laurie at Pondkeeper and within two minutes of sending my email I had a reply to say she would replace the pump free of charge and it arrived two days later, even though there was no obligation for them to do so. Brilliant customer service

Had a problem with a pond vac a got from them, emailed excellent fast response within 30 mins problem sorted out, in one email fantastic customer service fantastic response thanks for sorting it out so quickly

I have placed two orders with Pondkeeper and the service and quality have been excellent. Their customer service over the phone is excellent - Professional, knowledgeable and polite.

Fantastic service. It’s almost like they know when you have a spot of inspiration come to mind you just want to crack on with it. Ordered the pond yesterday, arrived today before I’d even started to dig. No drama. The husband likes it and usually I have to do a whole PowerPoint presentation to convince him of my bright ideas, but this time it was too late, it was in before I could even bring up the master plan into conversation.
He is even encouraging adding more, to which I’ve now ordered a few other bits to arrive. Huzaar!!

I’ve had loads of stuff over the years from Pondkeeper and have never had an issue before however on Sunday my in warranty pond pump stopped working so I rang up.
I spoke to Matt and what a guy. A new pump was delivered this morning (Tuesday) by DPD and it’s already up and running.
