Have bought a number of items from here and will continue to do so. Always fast delivery and great products. My fish pond is much better for it.
Have had an issue with my filter pump. Replied to my email on a Saturday within about 20 minutes with a no fuss warranty replacement. Thank you Matt!

How amazing are the staff at pond keeper , I’ve been pestering Jake and Laurie for a couple of weeks to put a complete pond package together , I am still in absolute amazement at the level of service provided . I think I’d go as far to say I’ve never experienced as good service as this anywhere . Nothing had been too much trouble , their product knowledge and personal recommendations have been invaluable .
If only every online retailer were this helpful ! Amazing fast delivery , fantastic price and product range , would not hesitate to recommend this company and these two colleagues. Thankyou both very much for your help .

I bought a Blagdon pump for a water feature. Worked perfectly for a 2 weeks, after which a component failed. Phoned Pondkeeper and described the problem (thankyou Ben) and they sent me a no- quibble replacement part overnight. What great service. After many dealings with this Company, would recommend without hesitation.

After having a terrible experience with another company, I contacted pond keeper to see if they were able to help. They responded straight away and sent me links of their products which would work with the net heads I had bought elsewhere. My pump went wrong and was replaced without question by Pond keeper. I had a further issue with an impeller so spoke to them at 4.45pm and by 3pm the next day a replacement impeller was delivered to my home. All under the guarantee. I cannot praise these people highly enough. Excellent company

Ordered an outside cable, I expected it to be new and clean, what i got looked like it was cut from someone's garden n thrown in a box, the cable was filthy every bit of it, would put up a pic...but won't let me

Sadly purchased a pump down to Ponkdeepers reputation. That was my mistake. Pump , same price on on-line store I am reminded by senior sales at Pondkeeper is virtually 100 x better. REMEMBER ONCE PURCHASES NO RETURN. In my advice, dont buy from this company.

Had a problem with a solar panelled pond pump kit from this company, when i got the delivery there was no instructions for how to put together the filtration tank??
I suppose what you expect from a cheap chinese product any way tried calling this company many times and always told were busy by the automated service so i have emailed them and nothing??
In my opinion this company is POOR….BUY ELSEWHERE…

Absolutely superb customer service and products.

Pondkeeper accidentally sent me the wrong product I contacted them they checked, and not a moment’s hesitation they sent the correct product with a larger size as way of an apology.
Pondkeeper have restored my faith in English companies.

I have purchased a few time from this company and have never been disapointed either with the product, the service or the courier they use DPD. I was given a promotional code but I wanted the item that was free with a £30 spend not the Item for a £60 spen as it was more use to me. I sent a quick Email and they instantly said no problem and sorted it for me. Would I reccomed this company 100%. Will I be ordering again 100%.

Last year I got back into pond keeping .
After a quick search came across Pondkeeper and have been using them ever since .
I can’t recommend this company enough.
Great products and even better customer service.
They know their products and know what they do , and can recommend what is best for you , giving you options.

I was using the online service (which is excellent!) but since discovered that there was a shop only half an hour away , which I’m over the moon about .
I use the one near Middlesbrough (Billingham) and it’s run by Liam . Who I have to say is a breath of fresh air , he’s knowledgeable and very friendly.
Exactly what you want from great customer service.

Excellent all around .

The initial order was dealt with extremely efficiently but what was outstanding was their response to the report of a faulty item after 4 months - minimum fuss a replacement on its way!
Wish more companies were like this.
